I have bought many gadgets from Gearbest, such as car gadgets, toys, microphones, a recorder and even now a camera and the SD card. Since the beginning, all items arrived within the projected time, came in good condition, nothing faulty and all perfectly working.

There are plenty of flash sales if you visit regularly, and there are options for secure shipment and several ways of delivering ordered items. Really great team, IMHO.

It was a good quality stuff.
Shipping is a little long ( 2 weeks minimum) but free.

Gearbest customer support got back to me and eventually offered me a reasonable partial refund to keep the tent they sent. It ended acceptably and I'm glad they responded well.

Until this last purchase I have been happy with GearBest. I have bought a cell phone and several other small items and they have been as advertised at a good price.
This purchase was for a camping tent that cost about $100, including shipping. The tent I ordered was just what I wanted for camping in windy and wet conditions.
Gearbest sent me a different tent that was roughly the same size, but did not have the features I needed. It is clear from the box that it is a different tent, but there was no label with the SKU number on the box.
When I complained that the wrong item was sent, I was offered a refund IF I PAID THE SHIPPING, which would cost at least $60, probably more. That is fully understandable if I just didn't like the product, but it was the WRONG item. Not my fault at all.
My other option was to accept the tent they sent but then they only offered me $35 as a partial compensation. That is not enough for me to buy another tent. Gearbest needs to take more responsibility for their suppliers' mistakes.
I'm still hoping we can resolve this in a more satisfactory way.
