The good reviews are paid for. I'm pretty sure geaebest.com is a huge Chinese scam operation. I placed an order months ago and still have not received it. When inquired about my parcel they told me it takes months because of a yearlong "festival". Save your time and money and go to Newegg or Amazon. Something I've should've done.

I received a faulty Anet A8. Main Board dead. I contacted gearBest using the support ticket system. Day 5 now, and the only solution was to switch the Y and X steppers to see if the motors bad. The requested a video showing the problem on day 2, which I sent via youtube, also in that showed me switching the motors to prove it was the board, not the motors. I am being given the run around. And no solution. No refund, no replacement. Absolutely zip. Buy at your own risk, I will never do business with them again.
