I would like to share with everyone about my experience with Gearbest.
I am shopping the last 1 year and every order i purchased is trully a pleasant.

Gearbests customer service is the best one from what i faced until now.
Shipping as always is fast (maximu 12h from the purchase) and the delivery is also fast.

No issue at all, quality of service, quality of the products that they sell + the fact that Gearbest is always cheapest that anyone.

I use once. I bought 5 things everything else was ok, shipping ok, prices ok, BUT
I ordered a BaseCamp BC-425 which is stated in their site as 80 Lumens. When it arrived i discovered that in the manual the stated lumens was 50 Lumens.
(I wouldn't have bought it in the first place, i had something similar i wanted more power)
I contacted service, which wanted a photo of the manual from me (which is absurd since they sale the product, they have the manual) but i send them anyway. To make a long story sort after a few tickets back and forth nothing happens. They didn't even change the specs in the product, they still today more than two months later.
And because i had posted a ticket they will not let me post a review for the item too, so i could write there the actual specifications for the careful consumer to see.
So they don't mind about their customers and the validity of their descriptions of the products as long as the money comes in.
Bad practice GearBest, i hope shops like yours close down!

I´m a truly satisfied portuguese Gearbest customer since 2015. Since i've found this online store, i bought all my gadgets at Gearbest: Smartphones, smartwatches, a tablet pc, a mini pc, bluetooth speakers and a lot of stuff. Why do i prefere this store? The prices are amazing, comparing to other stores, the customer support is very good and deliveries are made in reasonable or fast time, depending if i bought from China or UK wharehouses. When i buy from UK wharehouse items arrive in 3 or 4 days! All my items arrived in good conditions and with priority line, from China, my goods never stopped in customs authority.
Definitely, i recommend this store.

Pues ya hace mucho tiempo que compro en Gearbest. La conozco desde hace mucho y desde la primera vez que me decidí a comprar ahí he tenido muy buenas experiencias. Hace unos meses implementaron el sistema de envío "Spain Express" o "Local Express" y los paquetes me suelen llegar en una media de 10 días y sin ningún problema de aduanas. El servicio postventa también se comporta muy bien y suelen responder rápidamente. A eso se le suma el poder pagar con Paypal.

If you are planning to buy something from China, and the brands they have, GearBest it's your option, insanely huge list of products, good shipment policy and PayPal payment!

Llevo mas de dos años comprando en GEARBEST diferentes tipos de productos, entre ellos muchos móviles, el ultimo por cierto una ganga. El envío siempre muy rápido, gratuito y seguro desde china, con la posibilidad de comprar muchos producto con envío desde España.
En alguna mínima ocasión tuve algún problema con el producto y tras contactar con atención al cliente me lo resolvieron siempre de forma satisfactoria. Recomiendo sin duda la tienda para tus compras.

Item was purchased on Nov, 23 2016. It tooks about 3 week to reach Kharkiv, Ukraine.

Item was delivered right to appartments. Package was good, scales was in working condition (however no battaries was included - however it was expected from item description).

Scales is still working and used by me every day.

Everything was delivered as I ordered it and everything works fine.
The delivery speed was fast and I could see where my delivery was.
