I made several purchases in the Gearbest store. Orders were always processed quickly, the goods were packed and shipped within 24 hours from the moment of ordering, delivery to Ukraine was carried out within 9-12 days by free mail. Once the store did not have the opportunity to quickly send the goods, which immediately warned and offered several options for solving the problem. I am very pleased with the Gearbest store and in the future I plan to make purchases only in this store.

I just would like a share a short story. I ordered some gadget from Gearbest one month ago. The package arrived without any problem, so finally I was able to try my new goodies. However one of the products caused huge dissatisfaction for me. It was a vegetable slicer which was not really able to slice carrots, just bigger things like cucumber. The problem was that the package of the product advertised that it is perfect for carrot slicing. I wrote a review about my experince, highlighting it that in my opinion it is not Gearbest fault (it was my bad decision). After half an hour I got a message (ticket) that they would like to know what was the problem with the product and how can they help me. Within two days I got back half of the money, to "solve my dissatisfaction". The major message of the story: fast, helpful and effective costumer service. Fast and high quality shipment. I do not need any better from a reseller

Cheap products, fast shipping and high quality products... I have bought many electronic parts for my quadcopter builds. Cameras, motors, controller boards, propellers etc. I have never had a problem.

For two full years GearBest is my favorite site for Electronic shopping. In the past 17 purchases (action camera, drone, tablet...), I was delighted with the quality and price of each product, and all products (even that I crashed drone many times!), I use still. The whole GearBest mode of operation (from ordering, delivery, communications, customer service, award bonuses for the review...) for me is the best example of superior modern business win-win type, in which I (the user) feel that I am important and valued and maximally protected. I was looking for an inexpensive 3D printer to learn with. I had seen good reviews of the Anet A8. But I could not find the printer locally for a good price. After looking on the web, I found Gearbest had the printer I was looking for on sale.
I placed my order for the 3D printer and a couple of reels of filament. My order took a few days to process and then they let me know that my order had dispatched. My order took a little over three weeks to arrive from their China warehouse, which considering I ordered just before Christmas, was very impressive.
I was so impressed with the printer and the service from Gearbest, I've already told a few friends about the great deal I got.

No matter what Gearbest sells, it should provide value and quality, make shopping easy, deliver products on time, and provide good customer support. I love to buy products from your shop. First you give confidence to me for shopping without fear to loose my money. Every time i had some problem, customer support gave me the best solution. I'd like to share my experience with gearbest.
I'm a loyal customer of this shop. I've bought lots of items from it.
For example, recently ( Mar 28,2017) I bought a smartwatch (tracker)
W2 BLE 4.0 Heart Rate Monitor Smart Wristband - order number W**************. I like this device very much. It looks and works great!

Untill now I was conpletely satisfied with this trading platform. And I can recoomend it for those, who like internet shopping.
But for now I'm waiting for another paid order (phablet). It's still on transit and after one month I still did not receive it. I opened a ticket and wrote a request to support team to check this issue. The solving is still in progress. I will let you know in my next review about the result of this issue.
