I had made a few orders from Gearbest. Everything was good except two aspects.

Their customer support works ok, some difficulty to understand English from their staff, they keep repeating the same stuff.

The delivery dates... Although I had good experiences with some deliveries, some are not so good. Example I made a order with a advertise delivery date of up 25 business it went over twice that and it still want delivered. We pay for a deliver for at door/post office deliver in 25 business, they don't deliver and when confronted they say it is normal and the cause is the transport company or that it's a peak season( a peak season in may/June?). They advertise a delivery date, they are responsible for the delivery to be done within the dates they advertise.

I'm totally happy with doing business on gearbest.com.it has very good quality and genuine products. And shipping is really fast to sri lanka.

I had a very good experience with gearbest. Good prices for the items I bought, better than ebay and other online shop.
For each purchase I get points for discounts.
The shipments were good, between 1 and 2 weeks.

I've been shopping in GearBest for 2 years already. For this time I have never had problems with delivery and quality of the goods. I'm very pleased with the support service. Very quickly and with understanding, all problems are solved. The store often holds promotions. You can get additional bonuses and use them to pay a part of the cost of the goods (up to 30%). I can definitely recommend the store GearBest

In the Gearbest.com I can always find top quality products. All orders I have ordered arrived in time, was well packed and shipping time was allways quick. Really good feature is reviews of the orders you have bought. You can review your order and get some money back or see other customers reviews to decide about your order. I am happy with this. The support is really kind and helpful too

I totally recommend Gearbest shop, great stuff and reasonable prices. It its worth to mention that I didnt have any problems with service. One of the reasons why I prefer Gearbest over other China-based e-commerce sites is not having to deal with multiple sellers. I used to be a frequent shopper on another site, maybe the largest in China, but one bad experience made me not want to shop there anymore. The seller sold me a defective phone and the company mediated favoring the seller to my dismay. Unlike with Gearbest, you only deal with them. I had issues in some of my past orders with them but everything was resolved and I got the help that I needed from their customer service. Also, I feel much secure ordering on Gearbest because they have Paypal as a payment method. Thank you.

Avoid this company at all costs. They sold me a router that does not work within Europe. The returns policy is beyond a joke. In spite of the router being sent from a Europe distribution centre I had to return to China to a different name and address to their company. They gave very specific instructions on how to return it.

Their policy is that the cost of returns is the customers unless they receive the goods and it is faulty. In which case they will refund the postage.

After 2 months of waiting I had not received anything. I had to ask DHL who said that Gearbest had not paid their import fees.

Once they did receive it Gearbest then told me I had to pay the import fees as the customer and didn't include the postage!

If an item is sold as described then you purchase in good faith that it will do the job it is intended to do. If is is missold however then the seller should refund ALL the amount and any postage. The implications of purchasing from them should be made 100% clear at purchase not hiding behind terms and conditions. They are in no position to be selling to the rest of the world. They should only deal with China until they get their ethics sorted.

I am disgusted by this company, their communication and customer service. Needless to say I will never be using them again.

Great site, especially for vaping products, they offer good deals and a very fast shipment towards my country (Italy). Higly suggested.

I have ordered lots of items from GearBest, around 30, and i always have ended up satisfied with the service bringed.

Most of the items i bought were from china so it took around 1 month per order. Sometimes less (2 weeks), sometimes more... But what is great about GearBest shipping is that on every product you buy you have a free shipping option.

Once one of my orders was taking a little bit too long to arrive and i put myself in contact with GearBest. They apologised and sent me another one, which arrived briefly after.
That makes me feel very safe about buying at GearBest, because i know i will always recieve my product.

Also you have the oportunity to post a review on the product page on their site and win GB points, which can be exchanged to discounts. I have recieved lots of discounts like that.

I started just buying very cheap items to try, and now i have the confidence to buy everything i need.
I just honestly recommend buying in this site.

No último ano tenho feito compras apenas no site Gearbest e não posso estar mais contente. A Gearbest tem produtos com uma excelente qualidade, a preços super acessíveis e o envio é rápido.

GearBest reprezinta solutia perfecta! Acesta este unul dintre cele mai mari si serioase magazine care comercializeaza gadget-uri. Preturile sunt foarte bune, mult mai mici comparativ cu restul magazinelor chinezesti care dispun de o gama de produse mult mai variata.
