I have been using it for a year, and i find myself ordering much less from aliexpress. I got various vaporizers, tablet\laptop, vacuum robot, android tv, and a lot of small electronic devices and tools there
Item selection is good, they try to sell only quality products, not always the case but way better then random seller on ali.
Delivery options are very good, they always try to improve shipping time by using various mailing companies. Lately i ve been ordering using Azerbaijan mail, and its sooo fast.
All problems with defective products have been solved, got refund every time.
Customer service have good english, so its easy to submit tickets.
And last but not least - you getting money for submitting reviews for products you buy.

Ho avuto molte esperienze con questo sito online e nonostante qualche impiccio con l'arrivo dell'ordine non ho mai avuto serissimi problemi. Pacchi sempre imballati bene, mai danneggiati, sempre in orario con la data di arrivo del pacco se non in casi eccezionali (nei giorni festivi)
Pagamento rapido ed istantaneo e sopratutto il supporto di gerbest sempre disponibile a rispondere. Unica pecca; la spedizione che a parere mio potrebbe essere ottimizzata, ma apprezzo la spedizione diretta verso l' italia (essendo io italiano) almeno così si va a diminuire i tempi di attesa. In poche parole, perfetto.

Great variety, fast customer support, i mostly buy ecigs and eliquids and in this site i have all the brands i want in good prices, and this site has many sales which makes it interesting to follow the prices, however once they didnt send an item becasue they didnt have it on stock but i was refunded, i once bought a xiaomi ip camera that was not ment to be sold to europe so it didnt work but the item description stated that it worked only in asia so they are honest in their product descriptions
