I had a very pleasant experience buying from Gearbest recently.
I research my products in detail before buying. Therefore I had several exchanges with the gearbest customer services before the purchase. The pre-sale staff is knowledgeable and I received prompt replies.
Order was dispatched quickly and delivered to me in about 10 days, much sooner than estimated. The products are genuine and were packed very well. No complaints at all.
Considering the product was $15 cheaper than the competition, I am really happy with this bargain found on Gearbest.
Looking forward to many more future purchases.

I used to be a regular buyer of another Asian platform, I already knew Gearbest but I did not know how it worked, after I knew it I found the best online store since the shipments are fast, the customer service is excellent and also gives us points ( these points are used to obtain discount on purchases) for the reviews of the products that are received in addition to discount coupons. In short Gearbest is incredible. Recommended.
Have been using 2 of the H96Pro + units i bought from Gear best for the last few weeks
So far these are a great unit, from the nice little packaging and the standard remote which works extremely well.
Gear best was great to buy from, with free and fast delivery.
The product it self works great, very fast with 3gb DDR 3 ram as well as 64GB storage, i have never had an issue with the amount of apps i have had opened.
The built in WIFI is also great, streaming content over wifi has never been an issue from youtube, netflix or other streaming programs.

I recently bought a rc quadcopter from Gearbest. The item is furibee f36. It shipped really fast and only needed about 8 business day to arrived in my country Indonesia from China using Sea Air Line shipping. The rc quadcopter quality is very good and the packing of the item is also very good with thick bubble wrap. The price is very good too. Payment also very easy using Paypal. Will buy another things from Gearbest in the future.

Ordered on 13th and ended up telling me to wait and paid for a quicker postage. But the company sent thru on 22nd, but thru slowest service, and also dont admit mistake. Didnt even ask me if I was happy with the slow postage, I would have just wanted the full money back. A complete fraud company and tracking doesnt even work. STAY AWAY A COMPLETE FRAUD SITE. They are trying to give me points for free, but I just want my money back.

I ordered the Jumper Ez Book 2 the 13th March 2017. I had some problems when the package arrived in my country (Italy) but it was not gearbest's fault. The service is very active and it always supported me until I got the parcel. Top site.
At first gearbest.com didn't accept my complain. Later by the help of reviews, the accepted to pay my money back.
Their shipping method is not trustable. They must be sure that when they send the products the shipping method deliver the order. It is not an excuse that "this shipping method has no guarantee" they must work with shipping companies that deliver the orders.
Gearbest is an amazing website where you can buy tons of cheap items.
It also has a great GB points system that allows you to gain points reviewing products you purchased and then use those points on up to 30% discount on items. 10/10!
Gearbest has best sales ever! If you add GB points to it, there's no better offer. Of course, sometimes you have to wait for the product, but hey, it's a long way and you should be ready for that. In case you have any more trouble - PayPal payment is always secure and you get your money back. Although, it's rather rare that something goes wrong
