Peor atención al cliente que recibido en mi vida. Compre un movil con unas condiciones de envío muy buenas, tras casi dos semanas de estar mi paquete procesándose me escriben diciendo que el método de envío que había seleccionado no estaba disponible, que si quiero recibirlo en el mismo plazo tengo que pagar y sino, sustituirlo por un envío de un mes (el seleccionado tardaba de 5 a 7 días), les digo que no me parece muy serio pero que pagaré por el envío. Una semana más tarde me vuelven a escribir y a decirme que el envío pagado por mi tampoco está disponible que la única solución es esperarme un mes. Les digo que no que quiero un envío en las mismas condiciones que me dieron en la compra, no recibo respuesta y cansado les acabo diciendo que me devuelvan el dinero, me dicen que sí, pero aun estoy esperando la transferencia. Una vergüenza, muy fácil parar comprar, pero a la que hay un problema, lo hacen tuyo y ni te aportan solución. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

The first time I was told about GearBest I thought it was the next Chinese site with so much junk and little interesting stuff. But no, I was wrong. GearBest is really ideal for all those nerd / geek who are looking for Xiaomi ORIGINAL gadgets, but also smartphones, drones and really much more; so much so that if you do not find it on GearBest, it means it does not exist!
The customer service is excellent, once only on 22 orders, my postal service (Poste Italiane) has lost a parcel but GearBest has made sure to send it another! No additional costs!
To conclude, GearBest is really the best store in circulation for low-cost gadgets, and if you do not want to wait a minute to receive the parcel, there is always the European warehouse!

I buy very often on Gearbest, because it's cheap, reliable, and it sells a great deal of products, from small keyrings to sophisticated high-end tecnology. Thanks to flash deals and coupons, I saved lots of money and bought many quality products.
Of course there are some aspects worth considering before buying on Gearbest.
Shipment can be slow, and a parcel can be untraceable even when you receive a proper tracking number. Warranty is often limited to just 1 year. After sale assistance can be unsatisfactory, but this happens even when a product is sold officially in our countries. Overall, I am happy with my experience on this shop.

I'm pretty satisfied with my experience with Gearbest. The orders i got were always in the said condition, original, and the shipping is between the expected time. Hope to see more vape items (vape bands, driptips, covers for box mods) available to buy, as there's always a public for it. Other than that, fully recommended.

I just want many years shop like this. Fast shipping, low cost, high qualitty. I miss that fact that could not be in my country in slovakia everywhere. I think the customer centre is very friendly and they help you to chooce from they product. For example i thinik the have a specialist about vapor kits. The have only the good staff and i definitely desided that i must buy another things, because other shops like ebay or aliexpress have infos abou originality but all this are frauds. The original that i bought from this site gearbest is really original.
