I ordered a Tablet from UK-Warehouse, like others, I got a Support Message stating that additional costs (tax) will occur if shipped by DHL. So they sell UK-Warehouse and dispatch from China and make me pay twice for it.
Not enough with that, they also requested a full copy of my AMEX Card, my Passport and my prove of address. LOL, why not post all this on Facebook so anyone can use it.

I dont call it perfect because saying some business is perfect leaves no room for improvment. After one year, I had no complaint about this store. The prices are the best in the market and plus that, the shipping costs are almost always free with good delivery times.
The last product I bought was a Bluetooth bulb for 7,50 euros that Works really fine!
I ordered a mobile device from their site recently, and since the last time I ordered the same item from the China warehouse, the parcel was lost and had to wait for over 3 months, this time I chose the UK-3 warehouse although the higher price. I thought UK-Greece is an easier and faster way. I paid the item and the additional amount for DHL but the costumer support sent me 2 identical emails saying that the shiping with DHL may cause me additinal expenses on custome fees. Now that got me thinking causeparcels between countries inside EE don't have to pass from the Custome office, so I said so. Now the fun begins, on the one e-mail they replied that I have ordered from the China warehouse so choose DHL or standar shipping, when in the other they told me it was out of stock in UK, so choose DHL or standar from China again. At least they could decide on their excuses beforehand... I have no intention to wait 3 more months for thin air again. I feel so tired trying to deal with their customer support and sooo stupid for trying to buy from them again.

They then 'kindly' offered me 50% of the value of the phone, I argued that this was far less than the device was worth. I was then informed there would be no negotiation.
If you buy a phone from Gearbest, if it's bricked beyond 45 days, they won't replace it.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
