I ordered a Tablet from UK-Warehouse, like others, I got a Support Message stating that additional costs (tax) will occur if shipped by DHL. So they sell UK-Warehouse and dispatch from China and make me pay twice for it.
Not enough with that, they also requested a full copy of my AMEX Card, my Passport and my prove of address. LOL, why not post all this on Facebook so anyone can use it.

I ordered a mobile device from their site recently, and since the last time I ordered the same item from the China warehouse, the parcel was lost and had to wait for over 3 months, this time I chose the UK-3 warehouse although the higher price. I thought UK-Greece is an easier and faster way. I paid the item and the additional amount for DHL but the costumer support sent me 2 identical emails saying that the shiping with DHL may cause me additinal expenses on custome fees. Now that got me thinking causeparcels between countries inside EE don't have to pass from the Custome office, so I said so. Now the fun begins, on the one e-mail they replied that I have ordered from the China warehouse so choose DHL or standar shipping, when in the other they told me it was out of stock in UK, so choose DHL or standar from China again. At least they could decide on their excuses beforehand... I have no intention to wait 3 more months for thin air again. I feel so tired trying to deal with their customer support and sooo stupid for trying to buy from them again.

Until recently, I made purchases in two online stores, Aliexpress.com and Ebay.com without suspecting the existence of such a wonderful online store, as Gearbest.com. In September, quite by accident, I came across him. The site has a Russian-language page, where everything is clear and understandable. There is an opportunity to contact the company's support. I must recommend this site for buying. I bought my first product on Gearbest simply to prove the reliability of the store. The delivery was quite fast and the technical support is super reactive, they were very helpful when my item was lost and fast to replay on any of my questions.

Just bought my Jumper EZBook Pro 3 from Gearbest. Delivery was quick & efficient. Product received was above my expectations, good quality build & total value for money. Of course with their on-site reviews from other buyers made me more convinced that this is a good buy.

I bought a Xiaomi Mi5 which ceased to turn on after 6 months.
I returned the phone to a repair centre in China under instruction from Gearbest, with packaging and accessories.
After 3 months, I was informed that they would not repair it as I had not sent them the accessories, I informed them I had. After this, i was told it would not be repaired because actually 'this type of phone is out of stock'.
They then 'kindly' offered me 50% of the value of the phone, I argued that this was far less than the device was worth. I was then informed there would be no negotiation.

If you buy a phone from Gearbest, if it's bricked beyond 45 days, they won't replace it.

I know so many online shopping places but
No one can ship so fast for me
It is the best fast shipping online site and items all in high qulaity no any issues
