Desde que encontrei a Gearbest, deixei de ter medo de importar produtos da China, pois a loja é séria e repleta de ótimos produtos e preços. Já comprei mais de 30 produtos na loja e faço compras mensais, pois as promoções e os cupons são excelentes. A entrega dos produtos é sempre dentro do prazo estipulado (e são várias as modalidades de frete possíveis). No pós-venda, é a melhor loja: quando um produto meu veio com defeito, eles me ofereceram várias formas de reembolso, o que ocorreu rapidamente.

Is not the first buy that i do in Gearbest and i cant be more happy. The service and after service is good and fast. The shipping costs normally is cheap and in less than a month everything arrives in perfect condition

I have ordered many times from this shop, because of they coupon politics. With appropriate coupon this seller became one of the cheapest Chinese worldwide traders.
It never takes more than to weeks to receive packages from GearBest, even for free shipping delivery method.
But their flash sales drain money really fast. Sometimes I even don't need this things.

Часы оригинального, воздушного дизайна. Цифры большие, размеры приблизительно 22 на 8 сантиметров. Светятся белым, ярким светом. Есть регулировка уровня яркости, но иногда ее не хватает. Имеется батарейка, что бы не сбивалось время. Блок питания на 5 вольт с разъемом USB не прилагается, провод питания имеется. Эти часы заняли свое место в моей квартире.
На gearbest.com на эти часы, как и на другой товар, очень часто бывают хорошие скидки. При этом цена становится самой минимальной. Я покупаю в этом магазине уже давно - рекомендую, попробуйте сами.

The quality of the items is high, they sell some of the best brand you can get from China, as Xiaomi is.
With my last order, I have purchased a Xiaomi Philips WiFi connected light to fit on my bedside lamp. This is the second lamp of the same type I have ordered, and the item is very well made and easy to connect to the WiFi.
The order has been shipped with a tracking number, so it was possible to check its status online. It was delivered in 3-4 weeks from China to Italy, and no custom duty was needed.

The best website to buy technology online! Simple deliveries to Portugal, even today without any shipping problem. Whenever there was a problem with the sending, they assumed the responsibility and refunded the payment. The articles arrived always well packaged and intact. Shipping to Portugal takes about 1 month. Highly recommend! Enjoy and good deals!

WARNING: NEVER purchase from GEARBEST!
I purchased from them. After 4 months of normal use, my product began giving an error and would not work. It was within the 1-year warranty for free repair. I followed their instructions for returning it exactly as they said. I paid $100 to send it back. They said they couldn't receive it past customs, although I sent it EXACTLY as they told me too. And since it was past 45 days after purchase, they would not refund my money. Bottom line, there is no way to get their product that failed and does not work back to them for repair, and they will not honor refunding it! I feel completely victimized. I have thrown away $450 purchasing from them a product that died and then paying to ship it back - which does not work! (I wonder if they knew that shipping it wouldn't work?!) Please, please, please do not purchase anything from them! So worth the extra money to purchase within the United States where people are under our laws and we know we can mail to them!

Empece comprando en gearbest por las promociones que sacaba y poco a poco he ido comprando mas y mas. Los productos son de bastante buena calidad y si tienes cualquier problema siempre te dan una solucion satisfactoria.
A favor de la tienda, les doy la calidad de asistencia ya que tardan muy poco en contestarte ( tienen un maximo de 24h) y la facilidad y claridad que tiene al comprar las cosas.
El unico inconveniente que tienen es que a veces tardan mas de la cuenta en enviar los paquetes.
En cuanto a una orden en concreto, puedo poner como ejemplo un Blackview A7 que compre en septiembre. Salio de promocion por unos 34. Puede aplicar descuentos usando puntos y la verdad que me salio tirado. A diferencia de otros productos, este me lo enviaron rapido y ademas no tardo mucho en llegar. El telefono funciona de maravilla y todo salio perfcto.
Con algun otro pedido, si he tenido algun problema, siempre me han ofrecido devolverlo o alguna otra solucion y siempre ha salido todo perfecto.
En definitiva, como tienda, les doy una valoracion muy positiva, podria darles un 9 sobre 10 ya que podrian mejorar algo el tema de los envios, por lo demas, todo perfecto ya que creo que es una de las mejores tiendas chinas que hay por la red.
