I ordered an action camera and never received it. When i messaged they said it was lost by the carrier and they where not responsible. They offered to refund me half my money or pay again for the item and they will ship it. All because i didnt purchase insurance. How convenient for them huh. Heres what they said:

It took 10 days my order to be shipped. It could have taken more if I didn't submit a ticket. Half of the ordered goods were out of stock but I was not notified. I accepted the other half to be shipped and to be refunded for the rest. The action of refund is already taking 10 days.

As a gesture of goodwill, we can refund you 15 USD with extra points to your gearbest Wallet for future purchases. (You will receive 5 points for every 1 USD. For example 3 USD will gain you 15 points)
2) Accept partial refund of 15 USD to your original payment account.
- For credit cards, refunds may take between 7-14 business days to process and appear in your card.
3) Resend the item with a handling fee.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
