To my misfortune, I bought a Drone H501S at GearBest, and the only reason I did not cancel it was because I bought several Drone accessories.
But then the biggest mistake of my life began! I bought it on September 28, and Gearbest NEVER shipped my product. They say "In 2 weeks", when they spend 2 weeks, they say the same thing for weeks!

I bought the product on September 28, the expectation was for September, then October, then November, now December 26!.
You know what's going to happen? December 26 will arrive and they will say that the expectation is for JANUARY!.
And I already informed 10x in the chat I DO NOT WANT REFUND,
I WANT YOU TO SEND MY PRODUCT!
And another, some attendants do not seem able to read. I say "DRONE H501S NOT SENT", then they respond, "Mr. Blabla, I inform you that the SQ11 camera has already been sent". They give one of misunderstanding! That is total neglect.
Best store to buy online. Many choices for all types of tastes and budgets. Fast deliveries to Portugal, no problem with customs or with orders. Cost of shipping very reduced or even inexistent most of the time what neither in national stores happens, which makes even more appealing the purchase on the site. I liked working with GearBest. Pleased with prices and service. The dispatch was fast, the goods were quickly delivered to their destination. The quality and originality of the goods are 100%. This is a godsend for me!
I purchased a phone on Gearbest as it was slightly cheaper than amazon. The website and purchasing process was very clean, and I was informed I would wait 5-8 days for delivery. This was a little long, as I had no phone at the time, but I thought the wait would be fine.
Two weeks went by and still no phone. After two and a half, I contacted their support center. Various back and forth and eventually it turns out that my product hadn't yet even left the WAREHOUSE! Over a month later before my phone finally arrived.
Phone worked fine initially, but stopped working about 2 months in (just a few weeks after their 45-day money back guarantee). They had a free repair/replacement warranty offered on their website, which they then proceeded to tell me that THEY WOULD NOT HONOUR because their technicians 'didn't know how to repair' my phone, and were too cheap to swing for a replacement. Instead they offered me 25$ which would get me what--barely a new case forget about a working phone?
It gets even better! The Lenovo P2 they sent me can't actually be repaired by anyone in the UK anyway because unlike the one I would have bought from amazon, theirs is full of!@#% chinese components!
Worst experience ever. Out 200£ with absolutely nothing to show for it. Buy from amazon, folks.

Very disappointed in Gear Best. We ordered an RC boat for our son, but it never worked and they didn't work with us to replace or refund it. What a waste. I will never order from them again!

I bought a Xiaomi Mijia 0.5mm Sign Pen, I am satisfied with the order.
The pen is original and of excellent quality. The item was delivered within 30 days.

Ordered a month ago, still not shipped and they have not answered any om my 5 requests. Asked for refund today, i'll probably have to go through my CC to get a refund. Good prices don't mean a thing If they don't actually send the items. Stay far far away

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
