In spite of this was just my very first experience of shopping in this store, I'm sure that the highest level of service I had a chance to meet doesn't depend on whether you're a kind of newcomer or a regular customer. By and large, everything was impeccable at every single step starting with ticking the goods I was looking for, choosing the way for delivery and payment (happily there's a great vatiety of them both so everyone can be rest assured they'll find the one that fit them the best) and ending with the receipt of the goods in a very short time (the delivery to my particular area - St. Petersburg, RU - took approx. A couple of weeks that's actually a good score). Delivered safe and sound. The quality of the product does not cause any complaints as well. What else is needed? :)

As the title says, Gearbest has become in the last months my favorite place where to buy electronic devices etc. I never had a particular problem with them with my almost 20 orders. Shippings to Italy are between 10/15 days (including weekends) for Priority line and 15/25 for normal Post delivery. Products have a very competitive price and the store is always full of good deals. Their GB Points system is cool, so that every time you place an order, you get a little (cumulative) discount for the next one.

Half a year ago I've ordered Jumper EZpad 6 M6 Tablet PC with case. Order number is W**************. Only month passed and I received it! Now 6 month passed I can finally give my opinion about this product. Jumper EZpad 6 M6 is the best Tablet PC ever made! Metal aluminium body, bright big 11" screen, Intel Atom inside - this make the Tablet PC awesome. No freezes during using Jumper, excellent time of the battery life and powerful Intel Cherry Trail processor - what can be better? And the price of the Jumper Tablet PC with leather case with suede inside was extremely low -- only 119.99$! In my country for this price you can buy only old notworking phone. Gearbest made me happy with this Tablet PC and I recommend that product and Gearbest shop to everyone.

Dropped 1 star because product descriptions can have mistakes and getting a refund for wrongly ordered items is difficult. Refunds for faulty items are usually trouble free. I recommend always paying with PayPal and not having refunds go to your GearBest wallet. This way you can always contact PayPal to resolve disputes.

As i am writing this i have made over 15 orders at gearbest and so far i only have nice words to them.
Every order has arrived in time, and the only time i had a problem with a missing item in a 31 piece action cam accessory pack, they quickly took care of the issue with a satisfying compensation besides the shipping of the missing part.
The buying process is simple and they normally ship the item next day, its easy to track it during transport.
There is always room to improve but i think that in a global way they are on a good path.

I have placed an order for 2 Xiaomi MI Note 2 International version on the 22nd of September and I have received 1 month later 2 phones in Chinese version. After 2 weeks of claims and ticket messages sent to the customer service Gearbest has not proposed a solution yet that do not cause a money loss to me.
In other words, if Gearbest makes a mistake, the customer has to pay the shipment back and there is no refund for Customs cost.
Gearbest is the worst on-line seller of the World also because the negative reviews are not shown on the web site, so customers cannot know how Gearbest really bad works

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
