Excellent shop. I make many orders from 2015. Orders are delivered to Russia in a short time. There was a defect on one order, all quickly decided through the support service. Excellent system of discounts, I advise all friends to make orders on Gearbest.

Nice product and quality

Ordered a wireless mini keyborad + touchpad W**************.
Fast shipping (a couple of days), delivery took about a month (to Italy) with free shipping.
Triple package protection: the original paper box, a bubble wrapping and the external plastic envelope. GREAT!
The product is really well made, a lot of function, rechargeable battery and 3 colours backlight (really usefull at night!).

I bought from gearbest I have fought with them for 6 to 7 months I had to return the item because it was defective they have yet to refund me my money.

Oh did I mention they made me ship it back to China to cost of $85 when I bought it they shipped it to me from California but returns go to China?

Your response is useless I contacted them well within the 45 days I actually contacted them within 10 days the argument of sending it back to China did delay things but I still return it to them as instructed, within 45 days, I don't know what resolution is possible, they have the item in China, the only resolution at this point is they refund my money

Now for the long story part. (*Note that they will probably take this post down for various reasons, but this is my experience of buying items with Gearbest). I placed an order for Bluboo S1 smartphone in the first week of July and the package was delivered almost 3 months late from the date that I placed an order. I contacted the customer service a few times, which they claimed its not of stock. Ok, so if their phone is not of stock, why the hell did they keep selling the phone online? No one knows.So I waited and waited until the point that I decided to buy another phone for a replacement for my old phone that I even forgot about this phone from Gearbest.

When the phone arrives, I contacted their customer service to issue a refund. The return shipping cost was also expensive to ship it back to their location in China, but who needs two phones anyway. I sent the package back about a month ago, but the customer service claimed that they never received the product and to keep checking with the local post office for an update. Here are the real quotes said by their customer service,

The estimated arrival of the product was supposed to get there 2 weeks ago and now it's nowhere to be found. Note that they are probably not going to process for me anyway, but I just thought others should know about how their customer service dealt with these issues.

In the nutshell, dont waste your time buying with them. They claimed to have a great return/refund/replacement policy, but you will ended up paying way more for your money and TIME!

Gearbest is really the Best, I'm Shade0/Kraisus0 alias Andrea on Gearbest, I would recommend Gearbest to everyone who want to make online shopping, there are an infinite number of item to buy, of all types, I'm buying on Gearbest from 1 year and I never had problems, shipping made in delivery time and really cheap, you can pay with Paypal and make an insurance, the best of gearbest are prizes, they have no equal.

Now same facts about this store:
- The delivery was fast (above 20 days).
- Also the parcel was packed well as i want.
- Unfortunately the box with new batch of Miband 2 was opened up before me, and i started testing it for authenticity.And he was the original. (box, strap, battery charger, and the capsule was carefully inspected for traces of forgery).

I'm satisfied.

I bought Xiaomi Smart Multi-functional Gateway and some smart sensors for my Smart Home. With flash deals the price was really low. The order was good packing and fast shipping via Netherland post. Xiaomi Smart Home suitable for beginners. Gearbest are my favourite online shop.

My experience in Gearbest has been awesome. There's plenty of products, the offers are really interesting and the customer service is excellent. My first order was a drone (Order No.: W**************), so it was a big deal because of the type of product I was buying but also because it was my first contact with Gearbest. Everything went fine, the attention I received, the delivery time and the quality of the product. After that I couldn't resist and ordered more things I wanted and liked since many months ago and found them here with flash sale. Definitely Gearbest is one of my favorites places to buy everything I want.

Not fair

I've order Xiaomi mi5s plus. After some messages from support, that I should wait couple days more, they told me, my package was lost. I didn't buy insurance, so they offered me return a half of the order value. After I asked them for the name of the company which was given the shipment and the shipment number, they offered 50$ more. Therefore I'm afraid that my package has been never send and Gearbest use situations when customers don't buy insurance, to earn money. I didn't pay via Paypal, but I heard that via Paypal you can get back your money easily. I wonder how is it possible, that in this situations Gearbest have any problems to return all your money!
