Ordered an item. Arrived but was faulty. Eventually after loads of faff including having to send photos and even a video of product not working they agreed for me to send the item back. I then never heard any more from them. 3 weeks later I asked what was going on? They tried to make out they hadn't had item but I had proof with Royal Mail's signed for service that they'd signed for it. Then when faced with the proof of receipt they actually had the cheek to make out tracking code was false. I have had to take it up with PayPal as Gearbest have been unbelievably poor to the point of being fraudulent so will see what PayPal do? They have literally had me going round in circles and jumping through hoops in order to not refund me. It is quite clear that they are operating dishonestly with how they do business. Hence why I've also reported them to Uk Trading Standards and urge others to do the same or they will carry on regardless.
