I ordered two items and they did not arrive. I contacted GearBest and got no response. Then I contacted paypal and opened a ticket to get a refund. I also contacted GearBest again to state that I have requested a refund.
I finally got a response from GearBest stating that they can't refund me while I have the paypal ticket open, so I need to cancel that and THEN they will refund me. I cancelled the paypal ticket. Contacted them again and requested a refund straight away. Did not hear back. I contacted again asking for my refund and a while later got a response saying that they can't refund me because the item was already shipped. They provided tracking details that don't work and I again, can't get a response from them after requesting tracking details that work.
This is the worst service I have ever experienced and I buy a lot of stuff on line.
Would never use them again.
My latest purchases at Gearbest have been very satisfactory, I'm comfortable shopping here, for its prices, variety and quality of the products.

I ordered the Xiaomi phone from gearbest.com on September 4th.
I came to the post office on September 29 to pick up the parcel. I saw that the parcel was too small for the phone. I asked the postal officer to weigh the parcel, and it's only 120grams instead of the declared weight of 358grams.
The parcel is completely packed, the parcel does not have external damages. I did not open the package and asked the postal officer to photograph the parcel. I refused to accept the parcel, because this is not the item I ordered, I do not want to spend money on sending the wrong item back to gearbest.com.
I created a ticket WT*******144 with photos of the package and described the situation completely.
I was hoping that the situation would be resolved quickly. But for more than a month, support is trying to hush up the problem for my money. I wrote 7 messages in a ticket, but there is no solution. I also found 17 people with the same problem who ordered the same phone, but received a bracelet for $ 20. On October 12 the parcel returned to gearbest.com. But employees of gearbest.com refuse to receive it back from their carrier.
The store does not want to solve the problem, so I must warn other users about possible fraudulent actions on the part of the store

Excellent store. I make many orders from 2016. Orders are delivered in Portugal in no time. There was a problem with a delivery but I quickly decided through the support service. Excellent rebate system, I advise all friends to order on Gearbest

Speed of delivery has increased markedly. Loved the support. If the problem with the product, quickly solved the problem without any questions and excuses. Shop has a lot of items for sales and often has flash sales in which a lot of them are reduced in price which is always great. Already ordered a few things from them and had no problem what so ever.
Only bad thing is the slow shipping. But that is still ok because theyre shipping internationally

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
