The gearbest is a great store, I bought it for over 1 year, I never had problems, they always have excellent promotions, I recommend it to anyone who is in doubt for sure.
On October 5, I bought 4 items. 1x wireless mouse, 1x handbag for tablets, 1x SD Card and 1x Magnetic Posture Support Corrector. The price was really low, so it was a good deal! Unfortunately, when my order arrived on November 1, my handbag wasn't with it. So, I sent a message for the Costumer Support and they told me that they were out of stock on that specific handbag and that they were trying to get more to send mine but that if I wanted, they would refund me. I asked for refund and they really refunded me. Without a single problem. It was really fast and the Costumer Support was really great with me, always answering my questions really fast... I have nothing to complain about. It was a really great experience!

DO NOT ORDER FROM GEARBEST. I ordered two items as gifts. Both took OVER a month (36 days) to arrive to the US. Both items were FAKE knock off brands and were both in very damaged boxes. The packaging was horrible and their customer service was non existent. Save your self the time, money and hassle and don't shop here.

I bought a Q5 LED Bike Light Zoomable Torch off gearbest. I used a coupon code to reduce the price further and as I remember (was some time ago), it came 87p. I don't know how they manage to make any profit at that price, couldn't post it from Britain for less than £1.50. A great site, the only downside is you have to wait up to six weeks sometimes for the stuff to arrive - but I can live with that for the price

I almost only buy from Gearbest now. In comparrision with other:
- Shipment & Delivery time is very fast
- Packaging very good, never any dents
- Up till now never any customs fee
- Prices are lower than e. A Ali or Bang

A lots of gear to choose the best for you. Many shipping methods to select and original products. Shipping is fast and cheap
GearBest seems to stand out with their comfortable site and cheap prices.
They are also innovative when it comes to shipments as they recently introduced new FREE express shipping to my country. I don't know any other Asian site which ships so fast.
Their costumer support is also very helpful, i wish it was faster to respond though.
Overall i had a few orders from GB and they seem to help even when problems occur:
-The refunded me for my insured package which was lost in the mail without any problems.
-They showed extremely good will and refunded me when my earphones' cable malfunctioned.
They didn't have to do it because no headphones' manufacturer in the world cover this sort of thing, but they did it because they understand the importance of returning costumers and thus i was able to get a new headset from them.
It's a great shop with great deals. You always find several products with great relation price/quality. Never had a problem with my orders and I would totally recommend it.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
