I bought a smartphone on Gearbest, and my experience was really good from the start to the end. This shipping as been faster than expected. Gearbest couldn't ship wuth the method I chose but they sent me an email to tell me and they proposed to refund duty fess If I have. I didn't have any duty fees to pay but it was kind.

I previously posted a review on this site around 2 weeks ago regarding Gearbest and received a reply (EVENTUALLY) from the "company "after numerous emails to them which were ignored.
I had originally placed an order from them in April17 for the Lenkewi VR all in one headset and it developed a fault, but because the returns for a full refund timescale had elapsed, they offered me a "free" repair, which I accepted, only to be charged over £30 in Shipping and Custom fees to send it back for repair. Then when I received the "repaired " item it was STILL FAULTY and had not been repaired. Numerous emails to the company for an explanation were ignored until I placed a negative review on sitejabber and the company offered me a partial refund of 100 USD To be paid back into my PayPal account which I accepted. I figured that roughly £ 77.00 was better than nothing. However, Gearbest have now gone back on this offer and are offering 3 alternative solutions which involve 1) Me having to pay THEM A FURTHER PARTIAL PAYMENT OF 100 USD To resend another replacement item of the same device. 2) Placing a derogatory credit offer on my Gearbest account to allow me to purchase future orders from them. 3) Me having to pay the high Shipping fees for a SECOND time to send the item back to them for a repair which was not carried out the last time I sent it back to them for the original repair.

Penso che Gearbest sia il miglior sito per acquisti dalla Cina e dal resto del mondo. Ormai utilizzo Gearbest da tempo e non ho mai avuto problemi nelle spedizioni. I prodotti arrivano in tempi brevi e sempre in ottime condizioni. Consiglierei a chiunque di acquistare qui. Il servizio clienti è veloce, cordiale e competente. Olá, já tive várias experiências de compra na loja Gearbest e quero deixar aqui o quê eu achei dessas várias compras que fiz no site; pois bem, eu recomendo fortemente a loja pois em todas as ocasiões em que tive a oportunidade de comprar eu fui muito bem sucedido, recebi todos os meus produtos intactos e perfeitamente igual o descrito no anúncio. Por isso me identifiquei com a loja desde o começo. Na primeira compra fiquei meio receioso devido aos preços que eram muito baixo se comparados com o país onde moro, mas quando recebi confesso que adorei e logo repetí a compra. I decided to update my phone and made an order in this store. The order was sent quickly within ten days. The parcel was cut and wrapped with scotch tape. As I understood it was customs clearance. It was very scary to open it and suddenly there was nothing. But everything was fine with my new phone Redmy note 4x. I am very happy and I think that very fast delivery here

I already had issues with this website in the past and the situation is always the same: ordered a usb type c cable, received a micro usb.The contact center asked as usual for pirctures, codes on the package and whatsoever. No solution, stay away from these guys!

Hi all, I had make 3 orders from Gearbest and so far I am satisfy with the order process. First, I had 2 successful order and 1 canceled order. Gearbest have a great customer support team they processed my cancel order quickly and refunded my money back! Second, the other 2 order was delivered in the time frame they were stated. Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
