The second order I made (while the first was still missing in shipping problems, which were solved later on) was packed and shipped in two seperate boxes.
The fist came in very fast, for the second one I had to ask for assistence of the customer service.
Almost as soon as I had contected them, the secons box was sent for shipping, so again, there were no unservable problems.

I have made 13 orders in the last 4 months in Gearbest, mainly Xiaomi products (cellphones, bags, powebank, mouse, etc) and based in my experience I recomend this shop, proces are very competitive, there are daily available coupons so you can easy find really bargains. Sometimes you have to be patient, some of my items took two months to arrive to Spain, but I think it is not Gearbest´s fault, since Gearbest sends quite quick. I only had one issue with an item that has never arrived, Gearbest resent the item again with no further cost, so I am really happy with the support service. You can pay with Paypal without associated cost so you have further protection in your purchase. Until now I have not problems with the products quality.

I made a mistake to order from gearbest.com and I want to share my bad experience with them, which made me to lose money. I made an order (WP**************) on 17th of august. Gearbest.com shipped the item on 22 of august 2017. As I did not receive it after waiting deadline, I contacted support center. They prolonged delivery deadline to 22/10/2017. As there was no news about my order I have contacted the local postal office responsible for processing international parcels, as advised by support center. The local postal office communicated that they do not have any parcel registered on my name. In the same time I searched on track & trace services for my order (RS*******NL) and the response was that my order entered the destination country on 05.09.2017. I contacted again gearbest, and this time they claimed that will start a claim for the package with the carrier and the carrier would trace my package from their end. Gearbest replayed after 10 working days that After reviewing your order in detail, we have found that you haven't purchased any insurance during the check-out. Please understand that in such case we can only compensate you partially and the shipping company is actually responsible for this loss which is beyond our control.
In order to submit a complaint to local post service I requested the name of the company which was given the shipment, the shipment number and the view of the shipping company, regarding my order (In what circumstances and where the item was lost?)
Gearbest replayed that in this case, I should consider partial refund.
Update: I was contacted (17.11.2017) by support center via e-mail. I will get a full refund after all. I expect it to materialize.

I have had no Problems with gearbest. The products i have bought have a very good quality. The parcel service ist very good and fast so that the package ist in Germany within 15 days.
Good quality goods and low prices. A very good discount system "GB points", which allows you to reduce the price by another 30%. A large selection of delivery options, which allows you to choose the time of delivery: faster and more expensive or slower and cheaper. I bought LED lamps and some PCBs. All perfectly.
I have been purchasing from GearBest since Nov 2016 and my experience has been great. Product have a premium build and solid. The batter life was so good and it would charge fast too, thanks to the built in fast charge technology and USB type C that came with the phone.

I have purchased quite a few items lately from GearBest. All of them are working great, except for on Xiaomi camera. I have experienced difficulties to maintain a solid connection to the camera, which made it kinda useless. I tried to contact GearBest and I received a response in two days. I was told to send some screenshots for them to diagnostic the problem. After another day I received another response from GearBest and they offered me three options to resolve this problem: 1. Receive a store credit and around $6 worth of points; 2. Full refund; 3. Resend the goods. I didn't expect a such prompt and supreme service from a website that overseas! I choosed the option one as I will definitely shop with them again!
I am satisfied with buying on gearbest - mostly Xiaomi products, gadgets and small electronics. Delivery time was acceptable - mostly 2-3 weeks (to Poland). The quality of the products is high and as described. Recently bought Xiaomi Smart Mi Air Purifier (Order number: W**************) - works perfectly.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
