Recently I purchased a phone Lenovo P2 in the Gearbest store. The price in Gearbest was the smallest. In addition to low prices, the Gearbest promised to install Russian firmware on the phone for free, and this is important for me, because I live in Ukraine.
In addition, a big plus is that the order can be paid through PayPal.
Gearbest sent my order in a few days. This is normal - installing Russian firmware on the phone is additional work and time.
The phone was sent by Singapore mail, came quickly, everything ok. The store fulfilled its promise - the phone is equipped with Russian firmware.
The phone works fine, the quality of the goods is just super! I am very pleased with my purchase!

I just bought a computer from this store with a great price/quality. Just had a little problem because i didn't see it was out of stock the computer i want but they offer to change the order to another computer in stock and then after it was shipped it was delivered very fast

I bought a pair of KZ IEMs from GB and everything went fine, from the dispatch to the delivery, my package arrive well packed and in time.

I will be realy honest about my experience in Gearbest.com.

First of all there are some lies you should avoid like the items that are left in the stock is a lie, i ordered a smartphone and they didnt had to give me while in the website said that "97 pieces are left". And they sended me the smartphone after 2 months.
You also have to keep in your mind the customer taxes and avoid that situation. If you are going to buy expensive stuff take priority line or something.

Now, in every problem i got through, the technical support was there for me. And the time is quite fast. I made tickets and the next day i got messages. The workers in the technical support are great and realy helpful! In your side when you will need them. So if you have any problems they will help you realy efficiently.

Gearbest is defintly the best cheap and reliable chinese store for italian costumers.
They sell high quality and brand product cheap, the shipping is very fast and the support is excellent.
I highly recommend it!
