I have shopped with Gearbest many times over the past couple of years, the products are of the highest quality and the customer service is outstanding.
I discovered GearBest about 9 months ago and since then I have placed at least 30 orders and this is my personal experience so far: Fast shipping (10-12 days on average) and well packaged, if they say a product is original, then it is (I haven't had an authenticity check fail on me once).
I love their wide selection of products at very good prices. When you have a question the customer service is quick to respond. I honestly cannot think of any issues with GearBest, it is by far my favorite webshop and I have no problem recommending it to my friends and other people.

Despite having had some issues with some orders, everything has been solved effectively by Gearbest Service Support.

The items that I order are of nice quality and fit the purpose - really slim iphone cases. What I like is the pretty fast delivery in Europe. I had ordered around 10 times and always received the products in good condition and not at the postal office, but at the address. Cool!

I found Gearbest a few years ago looking for some nice gadgets on a good price. Many merchants from entirely world basically imports goods from China then resell them on a high price. They offer local guarantees anyway but buying gadgets on small prices like Gearbest does it's not a big thing. I highly recommend Gearbest because of their good prices (anyway, not the smallest on the chinese market) but because their quality products and reward purchase points. Basically it's easy to buy some cheap products, make some reward points then buy an expensive one using reward points. I buy from them many products, cheap one but also expensive ones (the last buyied is an Umidigi S2 phone). The only problem like any store from China is long waiting delivery (about 1 month) but reported to low prices it's not a big deal.

One of the worst online shopping experience. Not sure if their customer service is so bad or due to my ticket was assigned to a particular support officer. The officer always try to avoid responsibilities and not helpful in answering my question, I had bought expedite shipping on 01 Nov and till now it has not arrived.
At first the officer stated I needed to wait patiently as not it was untraceable from DHL website when it shown in Gearbest website as shipped out, it only became traceable a week upon the status.
However unfortunately after two weeks++ of long waiting it was detained at the custom.
Hence I found out the detained reason from DHL and decided to check with the customer service officer again, through the ticket, the officer stated that the delivery address is un-deliverable. The truth is, the address was used in many online shopping occasions and successfully received through DHL, the real reason is the custom status, however apparently the officer didn't bother to find out and stated that the insurance I purchased did not include address mistake clause, which really pissed me off.
Strongly not recommend gearbest to all, frankly speaking... first time experience with gearbest, the last one too..
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
