I had some shipping issues (one item is missing and several others with some damages), but there Customer Service offer me fast and fair solution and compensation. Over all Great Customer Service and Professionalism!
So called "One Year Repair Warranty" is clearly promised. Actually they refuse to repair the goods and offers 5% compensation initially and, after mostly senseless correspondence, 25%.
Gearbest has great flash sales with great prices. A few shipping options. Customer Service answers all inquiries with 24 hours (times difference USA - China). Refunds via PayPal are quickly expedited for order cancellations. They offer great reward points for daily sign-ins & for reviews on products purchased. All in all a great place to shop as long as you are aware they are shipping from China. So depending on shipping method chosen it could be as quick as 5 days or up to 14 days.

Stay away, they don't honour or respect their policy, I bought light strip and it come faulty so i asked for refund but they offer 4 $ and i payed 38 for it and they claimed that the 45 days money back guaranty it has passed but it's not true it just 15 days it passed since i placed the order.
Update: they did a full refund plus 300 points

I already bought two products on GearBest, a keyboard - Motospeed CK104 -, which has got some great overall reviews and that I'm very satisfied with, and a phone, the Xiaomi Mi MIX, the famous true borderless kickstarter after the Sharp Aquos. The phone is great to use and all my packages came in a good time, of around a month (which is very good for Brazil) and I've heard the shippinh times are even lower for other countries. I'm overall very pleased with the Gearbest service and would definitely buy again.

Gearbest is an Chinese website and I absolutely love Gearbest. I am very happy shopping with GB. It has all the cool stuff that I have dreamt of as a child. The coolest part of Gearbest is the products sold here are very cheap and high quality. I have made almost 8 orders from gearbest. Unfortunately for one of the, the package got lost in its way and never made it to my home. This is where gearbest won my heart, I have placed an order for a fitband and opted for a free shipping. Losing the hope of receiving the product, I have raised a ticket in GB just to inform GB that I lost my package. Wasn't expecting anything back from GB. But soon next day GB responds that they will re-send the package for free as part of customer satisfaction. Coming to the product quality there is not even a single product that I have brought from GB and regretted buying it. Though it may be the price factor/Product quality/Shipping time GB always tops.
I've started buying on Gearbest this year and i've made quiet a lot of orders. Usually everything is ok with goods and delivery, but sometimes problems happen because there is nothing ideal in this world :) And when something is wrong i just open a ticket and the support team solves the situation in the best way possible.
