I see them as direct sellers because they sell the products themselves. I have not had a problem until now. All the products I bought came. You really have great discounts on this site.

Over the past two months, I ordered more than 30 goods on Gearbest.ru. High speed of dispatch, reliable packaging and very good prices. And thus still points for the discount on the future purchases.

Bought two items from them, waited a week while they were in, "processing" sent a ticket and founds out they weren't planning on mailing my order until the end of next month because the product they were advertising and selling wasn't even released there yet. Site is a scam

I made sure before ordering my parts there wasn't going to be an expected shipping date. (Like I saw on other items) After submitting my ticket and being told it wasn't going to be shipped until mid December I rechecked and sure enough there was no dispatch expectations. It seems to have been added in now. You guys literally just took my money and expected me to wait nearly a month to get my products. Screw that.

This was my first order, so I was worried. But everything turned out to be simple and reliable. Everything was delivered on time and support on the site always answered in a time.

I really like ORICO products.
I already have many device from this company, some cables, boxes, adapters and others.
First of all, perfect quality of ORICO device, good support.
No problem with working, put in it HDD or SSD and plug in to your PC, thats all.
But if you want to buy REAL and TRUE ORICO, you must go to Gearbest.com, i buy some ORICO device from Aliexpress, but that was counterfeit, thats why i start to buy device this company ONLY from Gearbest, and advise you.

Broke a glass tank from my atomizer, a Serpent Mini. After looking for replacement tanks in my country, i decided to order them from Gearbest:
Order received in perfect condition, as always. Fast shipping, excelent packaging, and unbeatable price.
I was amazed for getting a fully boxed, branded (with "authenticity code"), set of replacement tanks for my Serpent Mini, (instead of the usual plastic bags and bubble wraps), for the price of one single tank...
The Hcigar drip tips i also ordered, i ordered for the second time (because i liked them so much, i had to order some more. And they are so incredibly cheap)...
Also looks like Gearbest is trying to improve customer experience, wich is excellent!
