I am a well-known writer of children literature from Croatia. I bought a phone online on Black Friday, or at least I thought I bought it. I was robbed and beaten two weeks before that and I needed a replacement phone urgently as I was travelling to my original country. These guys lied to me and deceived me from the first moment. Although it said that delivery will be in few days, first wee the order was being "processed", then they started to send me the messages that "everything will be alright and I just need to wait a little longer". Then they said they no longer had the phone in that color I chose and I should pick another color. When I did that, then they started to claim the phone was too cheap and they can not sell it at that price! And I already paid for it! Then they offered me a refund but I said I wanted the phone I paid for, not the refund! They answered to that that "Flash sale is over" and I can not get the phone at that price. Finally, they refunded me the money after some two weeks and never sent me the phone. They cost me nerves, time and made a fool of me. Want to buy something from them? Go ahead. I know I regretted it badly. I decided to buy from them based on the web reviews but now I am getting more and more convinced they write it themselves. Anyone can contact me and get my conversation with them.

I ordered a genie PD270 kit with a captain tank on 01/12/17 and to this day (12/12/17) have not even recieved accurate shipping information. My order number is W************** and I was given the tracking number AT*******8330 and I realized once i had downloaded the invoice, that this was actually the invoice number... not a tracking number with DHL. I was 100% unable to find any information on this order until i had contacted DHL themselves and was given a waybill number *******006) and was given a few different stories by DHL themselves, and it turns out the package was never actually even scheduled for pickup in china, after geartbest had told me my package was "shipped out successfully"... this was a christmas gift and cost me over 120$ CAD... not happy with their customer service and they're trying to refuse me a refund.
I'm about to have my lawyer contact them and begin a lawsuit, if I can't find my packages whereabouts.
