If you have some issue with the product you have buy - support will do all to help you to make you feel satisfied. For example I had issue with wireless earbuds that I bought - they offered me full refund after I send them movie that showed wireless earbuds fault. Gearbest has my strong recommendation.

Fraud site. I had 4 orders from them and all of the orders had issues. As for the last order I had, they promised a partial refund via PayPal case and then just didn't refund me. Using tricks and $#*!-chat to waste your time. Just don't buy there, it's a fraud.

This is the my 3th order on gearbest, it was a very formidable store on line, with tons of articles various promotions, discounts. Very recommended

Bought in this shop not for the first year. All the time there was only one precedent with the loss of a parcel ( I am 100% sure that this is not the fault of the store), but the support team immediately responded and returned the money. All questions of this type error in the order or the delivery address are solved immediately.
About the products, all quality, I have never been marriage or item that I wouldn't have liked. I so trust this store that bought gifts for their loved ones to be delivered right to them. I'm not wasting time to receive the gift of yourself, to make sure he was all right and only after that send it to those who want to give. Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
