I have been ordering GearBest for a half year now and have never been disappointed. Each shipment is sent in accordance with the description on the page. Everything is always very well packaged and I have never had anything that was damaged or incompatible with the description. The great plus is that there are many shipping methods (faster, more expensive and slower economical) and several magazines, and some of them are in Europe, so that we will receive the goods very quickly. This time I ordered electric toothbrushes and they are good quality and I get them very fast. I can recommend GearBest.
They quickly sends the orders and solves any trouble with order in almost no time. The prices are very good, especially in they flash deal offer, and the quality of the items are as expected.

I ordered Amazfit Pace on 30 Nov 2017, which was shipped on 2 Dec and got my order on 12 Dec 2017. I checked price on all major international sellers, and as per me GearBest offer best price (incluidng shipping charges). Though Price was around Rs. 7500 (INR) with free priority delivery, I got my watch without custom charges. Watch was delivered via GATI (gaticn, gls). Once order was shipped GearBest provides shipment details. Thought no tracking information was available on GearBest site, one can track it on courier company site. I have to rise a ticket for sharing courier details with me, after which i come to know about courier company, which helped me in tracking the product online. Response from GearBest was fast, within 24 hours, as committed.
Now about watch, I am still testing it. Initially battery life was not as per reviews, claims and my expectation. I raised a ticket for refund/return, for which I got a prompt response from GearBest about how to do, though after using 5 days I guess battery life is normalized now. It was now working good I guess, around 20% dain per day with normal usage.

This year i Have bought so many things from gearbest at incredible prices like a robot Ilife7, a watch, powerbanks, memory cards, a drone, a tablet. With the european warehouse there arre no problems with costums so the price is much lower than in stores, and the quality are realy good. Only two times I had problems (the tablet and a backpack) both times suport solve the problem very quicly and in a way very pleasant to me.
I ordered several times from this site and I can say only positive things. The products are usually better than expected (or exactly same as they promised). The shipping time is acceptable, all of my orders arrived within 3-4 weeks or sometimes less time.
The packaging was always safe, I didn't get anything broken or damaged.
The prices are great or not higher than other sites. If you play for coupons or points you can make really great deals.
I can't say anything about the customer service because I didn't need their help until this time. Everything works smoothly
I've ordered U'King pen flashlight at Gearbest which was very cheap thanks to coupon. After a month a received the package. Flashlight gives surprisingly bright light for such a small size. It's very well done and a little bigger than my index finger. I would have to pay at least 3 times more for this flashlight at local shop. I keep this flashlight in my car in case I need it at emergency. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and customer service.
