Comprei meu primeiro produto " Teclado AlfaWise v1.0" na GearBest, após pesquisar e ver que era um site loja que poderia-se confiar. E comigo não foi diferente, comprei o produto, e após 2 meses EXATOS o produto chegou. Sendo que demorou 15 dias para o mesmo chegar aqui no Brasil.
Entretando o produto veio com uma pecinha descolada, " O LOGOTIPO", mas de momento nem tinha pensado em entrar em contato, já que não queria esperar novamente 2 meses para receber um novo. Então preferi entrar em contato através do facebook, dizendo para que eles tomem mais cuidado quando forem enviar o pedido das pessoas. O mesmo me respondeu no próximo dia pedindo urgentemente para que eu entrasse em contato via suporte técnico, pois poderiam me auxiliar. Então resolvi entrar.
Após enviar o ticket explicando a situação, eles me perguntaram se o produto ainda estava funcionando, e me deram 3 opções que EU NUNCA IMAGINEI RECEBE-LAS, sendo elas:
1 - Devolva o produto e te reenviaremos um novo
2- Devolva o produto e devolveremos o dinheiro na loja ou conta do banco
3- Fique com o produto e te reembolsaremos uma parcela do preço original do produto.
Sendo assim, fiquei com a terceira opção, e no dia seguinte eles me reembolsaram 33,3% do produto na minha conta do site, podendo assim, eu comprar oque tivesse vontade com aquele saldo.
Realizei a compra, e ainda está para ser entregue o produto. E sim, estou muito feliz com essa atitude.
Considerações finais:
A GearBest sem dúvidas alguma me surpreendeu quando poderia ficar calada e não precisar me estornar valor algum, no entanto, fez questão para que eu, cliente deles, ficasse satisfeito de ter comprado o produto na loja.
Sabendo que comprando um produto nas lojas online, a chance disso acontecer é muito, mas muito pequena, devido à falta de honestidade das pessoas nesse mundo. Por isso, hoje, a GearBest é o Site nº1 para mim, e aquele, que sem dúvidas, será sempre o primeiro a ser recomendado para meus amigos.

Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
