I bought my laptop, phone, watch and many other things in Gearbest and it was always a good experience. Around ten days for the delivery and everything in perfect condition. I can't say anything about the after sale service because I never needed it. They have very good sales to get products a lot cheaper than in Europe. The only con in that sometimes the delivery can take a long time, like the last purchase I did, that took around month and a half due to christmas I guess.

Ordered 6 products on November 29,2017. I was informed on Jan 2nd 2017 that the products were shipped back to the Chinese warehouse? Gearbest offered an apology. I contacted them 6 times over the course of weeks I was assured that the delivery was imminent. If I want the items I will have to pay for the shipping again was their offer. They did offer a refund but the $25 shipping and insurance cost would not be refunded. So if you pay for shipping please be aware that if there is an issue they will not pay for their errors or mistakes or the shippers errors or mistakes. I paid for the items to be shipped to my address not the customs office in my country. How can that be fair? I am not asking for something that I did not pay for I already paid for and if this was something that I made an error or mistake I would expect to be responsible. Gearbest is not responsible for anything in their response. Please understand that shipping items back implies that something was illegal in this transaction and if the products did not clear customs for some reason and it was returned this appears to be as suspicious. You order at your own risk.
You apologize for the error and then you charge me for the shipping that I did not receive then you ask me for the shipping again? I want the products and I ordered from you before with no issues. If you cannot ship the products to my address I WANT A FULL REFUND including the shipping. Failure to do so will result in me filing an action with the court system for a legal remedy. The products as I understand did arrive in the US but they were shipped back so I do have legal recourse and will be filing an action for the shipping costs should you decide to not reimburse me. I want the selected products.
Order goes very well. Ordered item arrived in less than 3 weeks with free shipping! I had also question about my order and customer support staff are very helpful, I got answer to my question in less than a day. Arrived goods was exactly as described. All over my experience with Gearbest was very good!

It's official I'm never ordering from or recommending this site to anyone that lives in the U. S they don't refund your money instead they give the money back via points in their website. And they want me to pay more for an item i already paid for just so they can ship it out.

I already bought some products in gerabest, one of them was a Xiaomi Mi A1 that arrived in Brazil (I am from Brazil) in 20 days. Came well packed and the post was fast.
Most of my purchases were shipped one day after payment confirmation. I've never had a problem with Gearbest. I think it's great to buy installments. Another positive thing is the GB points acquired with each purchase made, which become discounts for new purchases.
Gearbest.com has been my favourite online retailer to use. As someone that that doesn't like to spend money, I find myself coming back every day to see what I can order next. They have a superb reward system that gives you points for logging in every day without the need to purchase anything. Customer service is also phenomenal and you have the option to either log a ticket and wait a maximum of 24 hours for a reply or live chat to someone halfway across the world. Then there's the ridiculous flash sales that allow you to buy some products and cheaper than anywhere else prices. Ordered products are packaged and shipped very promptly and delivery time depends on the efficiency of customs in your country, but the wait is always worth it because of the savings you receive and the quality of the products on sale. I really cannot fault them on anything and I'm sure if anyone gave them a chance they'd be seriously hooked like I am

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
