I orderd many times from gearbest.com, and i was always satisfied with the product, with shipping method, and with the site as well. I really recommend this site to anyone, they always have some good discounts.

I'm a customer of Gearbest for over a year and I've done dozens of orders.
I can say Gearbest is the best place for online orders. They have a huge sort of great products at very competitive prices. Shipping time to Portugal is faster than other stores, since they ship the products almost immediately and use quality carriers in Europe. Products usually take around 15 days to arrive, while other stores usually take uo to 30 days or even more.
Also, their support and warranty policy is very effective, since they've been very helpful the few times I needed support.

I totally recommend this store, since I always had my product delivered and found great promotions on Gearbest.

The bulb is great. Very, very polished application for its operation, brightness is acceptable, changing colors or white temperature works quickly and smoothly, the ability to save predefined settings.

Regarding the store- i have been buying there for a few years, and I have not been disappointed yet. Products always as described, great customer support. I especially like coupons and promotional codes that lower the price, useful not only for expensive purchases, but also for small, cheap ones. In the store there is also the possibility of collecting points (for shopping, review, logging into a mobile application), which we can use to lower the price of future purchases. A little long waiting time for shipping, but of course it does not depend on the store.

I have a very good experience with GEARBEST, good support and contact, low prices, fast shipping and the opportunity to break prices with points. I recommend it 100%!

I live in brazil and things here becouse of the tax are too expensive, so i decide to import, this is a thing i have had fear becouse i dont know if the packeg will be at my hands or will arrive. For my surprise gearbest help me with everything i needed, they aswear my questions and when the packeg has arrived they ask if everything was fine, well, tks.

I made my first purchase on GearBest a little over a month ago and was amazed at the store in many ways. I had tried to buy the same product on another site but I had many problems with all my credit cards (until now I do not understand why), and at GearBest I was able to make the same purchase quite easily with no problems at a better price than the previous site. Another point to highlight is the time of shipment and arrival, delayed half of the forecast, with a well packaged product in two different packages to preserve the integrity of the device. I was so pleased with the purchase that soon after I made two new orders and I have several more in mind. Definitely GearBest is one of the best online shopping sites today, on a global scale.

I've been ordering from Gearbest for around a year now. They have great products, the prices are really good, postage and packaging is cheap and usually arrives within 7-10 days. This is particularly good against some other Chinese sites taking anywhere from 30-50 days to reach the UK. If you're a hobbyist or tech fan, this is the best site for you. I can't recommend it enough!

Never i have a problem wiht us & usually they have the best prizes if you use the coupons or if they have a flash sales. If i have any doubt they reply me before 24 hours in your language (this is a good point respect other online shops) Problably the worst it's the time of dispatch, around 10 days but this is the prizes for buy things cheapers and originals. There some specials days (11/11, black friday, Christmas.)
