I have bought across years in Gearbest, now im going to talk about my new tablet Lenovo Tab 3 P8

I have bought across years in Gearbest, so I have a little experience about this one in particular:
- Good shipping times, they send the product as fast as they get it.
- Perfect Customer Service. Sometimes you have to wait about 24 hours to get an answer, but generally, they answer before the first 24 hours.
- Price and discounts. Are superb, they have the best price in the market all the time. Is rare to find a product cheaper in other website.
- Paypal: You can pay with Paypal, with Customer protection in about 6 months. Other stores only let you pay with credit card.
- Guarantee: Now in my country, Gearbest is giving about 2 years direct guarantee like Xiaomi Oficcial Store. Simply perfect.
- Safe: In all this years, all my orders come in perfect state to my home, so, Im really safe ordering in Gearbest.

So, I started buying items on Gearbest a couple months ago and I was fashinated by their shipping method (EU Priority Line), because I could buy items from China without worrying about extra taxes and it actually works. Their price is very competitive and they are having more and more products on European warehouses which is a big improvement facing other online companies.
I do recommend everyone to buy from Gearbest, from smartphones, house items, whatsoever because they have a huge lack of products.
My last order was a Leeco LePro 3 Elite smartphone and I couldn't be more happy with the price/performance of it.

I love this site. Products are high quality, prices are awesome. I am never disappointed about the products. Shipping usualy is not so long. I recommend it.

Their prices are the best on the market but their shipping is awful. I have been waiting a order since 24th of november. It is what happens when you don't chose faster (paid) shipping.

Gearbest is one of the best online stores anyone can find. The prices and variety of products in this site are incomparable with othere similar sites. I'm very happy with the condition of the received packages and the support center is the best, with quick responses and friendly service! I heard about this site from a friend of mine a some time ago and it seemed kind of sketchy at first. Then I tried purchasing something cause their prices were so low. It arrived on time and was as described in the site. Apart from that, there may be some delays in shippment but that's normal for holiday seasons. Also I had to pay customs tax for a package but after talking with gearbest support and providing them with the receipt, they refunded me 50% of the customs tax in the following days. On a broken products, after contacting them again they refunded the price at its full. I was surprised by how much they value their customer experience. Overall great site, will buy again

I never bought at overseas stores, but I always saw them on the internet. But I tried to buy it and was pleasantly surprised by the service and prices and the most basic product range.
