Ok, so this is my experience buynig in GearBest.com. In general I'm so satisfied with the aftermarket service.
I did many orders from this shop. All my parcel were well packed, and delivered fast. Quality of all I bought were very good. Also the customer service is great. I didn't receive my product and I contacted with them after the stipulated shipping time explaining the situation. They were very nice and support me. Also they refunded my money to my Paypal account.
My first order was a pair of spinners (they didn't arrived) but I got a refund.
Second I purchased a headphones, they are very good and the sound is great. Also I purchased a pair of upgrade cables for my headphones that converts into bluethooth headphones.
I'm still waiting for a TV Box so I'll contact whith they soon.
I make there shopping once a month, they have a good outdoor and electronic offer. I think it's a best online shop to save money and pick a good quality products.
I live in Brazil and here there's a lot of games and eletronics hard to find, or just too expensive. For this motive I started buying overseas since the beginning of 2007. Gearbest is amazing: great prices, fast shipping options for Brazil, nice community full of users, pics and videos of products. I really loved the experience (bought a Xiaomi smartphone) and have plans for buying more!

I bought some fairly valuable things on the Gearbest like the Xiaomi air purifier, the monitoring kit and the remote-controlled car. I also bought quite a few small things and I can recommend you shopping in this store, because products have arrived on time, even if the shipments were not monitored.
There was no quality problem. Shopping there gave me a lot of joy.

And they send me wrong fake shoes, i requested a refund or a replacement for the shoes in November until now no response from them, when i send a message on their messenger the reply was that nothing they can do for me because they don`t deal with after sales issues. Please stay away from them.

I have good experience with the store, twice happened to me that the delivery was delayed, but without the slightest problem. Everything can be waived, given the quantity of goods offered and their prices. I can only recommend buying via gearbest. I will certainly continue to shop in the store and I hope it will further expand the range of TV.
