I have made many orders (more than 20) and most of them went without any issue.
Recently one of them came partly defected (the charger would not work) and their support was very quick and fixed my problem right away.
I asked them for a new charger (the product was a flashlight) to replace the one that didn't work properly, and they immediately prompted themselves to send me another full product.
This was great support (and more than what I asked them) from gearbest, and made me continue to have full confidence in buying with them.
Besides the prices and promotions, this time it was their support that fulfilled my expectations.

Some of their "flash sale" bargains just can't be matched anywhere else online. If you scan through the different departments you'll find something for everyone. Shipping and delivery can be slow, depending on where you live. Goods fit the description. I'm a happy customer.

L'ultimo prodotto acquistato presso Gearbest è un Jumper Ezbook 3 pro, pagato solo 188. Un affarone, come tutti i prodotti Gearbest. Ordinato il 13 novembre e consegnato in Italia il 22 Settembre, dopo più di un mese.
L'assistenza durante la spedizione (Italy Express), dato il ritardo, è stata sempre un po' vaga, non hanno saputo darmi informazioni più realistiche. L'oggetto è arrivato con un piccolo difetto nella scocca, e dopo qualche giorno si è rilevato anche un problema hardware. L'assistenza post-vendita invece sta risultando un poco lenta, anche a causa delle feste di natale e capodanno.
La mia esperienza d'acquisto su Gearbest è tuttavia positiva, nonostante i problemi riscontrati con questo ultimo acquisto.
