I bought two Doogee BL7000 phones in November. The order was stuck on 'processing' for weeks. It was only when I contacted Gearbest that they told me the particular phone (BL7000) wasn't currently in stock (thanks for letting me know Gearbest >.>). They gave me the option to wait until it came back in stock, or exchange it for another.
I chose to wait.
The Doogee BL7000 came back in stock, so I asked them to send them to me. They said they would, and would send me an invoice for the difference (even though I already paid in full for the two BL7000s when I made the order in November).
The invoice arrived and it was almost the cost of the original payment - the BL7000 had since gone up in price significantly and they were trying to charge me for the new price instead of accepting the original price I paid, with them pretending that the phone I'm asking for is a different phone, even though it's the same brand, same model & colour and exact same specs.
I've been in contact with their customer service for about a month, trying to reason with them that since the phone that's now in stock is the exact same Doogee BL7000 that I initially ordered and paid for, they should honour the order I placed.
The customer service representative has been extremely unhelpful and has often outright ignored what I've said in my replies, probably because that'd mean they'd have to admit that it's the same phone I'm asking for.
So not only did they waste my time by failing to inform me initially, but they're now trying to weasel their way out of honouring the original price of the phone. Totally dishonest of them.
I can't remember the last time I've had such a bad experience with an online retailer, and it still hasn't been resolved six weeks later!
If you're only looking for cheap stuff then they're not too bad, but if you want to guarantee getting anything valuable, I would strongly advise against using Gearbest.
I'm really glad GearBest is delivering to Morocco, it provides consumers access to items otherwise not available at a good price. For lower valued items I use free delivery, and for higher value items I pay extra for a recognised delivery partner. I've been shopping with them for over a year now on a regular basis and personally have had a great experience.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
