I purchased a usb to HDMI for my father. The website said it would come with the drivers on a CD. When it arrived, there was no CD and the device doesn't work since I cannot locate the drivers.
I've contacted the company but still haven't received a reply after 5 days.
I would not purchase anything from them since their obviously false advertise what comes with their product and have poor customer service.
Gearbest is a Chinese store you can trust. The prices are great, the products are excellent and original, you will get what you can see on the product page. The shipping time is acceptable (around 3-4 weeks to Europe) The packaging is always safe, I haven't got any damaged item yet. The products usually arrive in their retail box. The customer support is real and helpful. I am very satisfied and a returning customer.

It is amazing for me. Because in Turkey, shopping from abroad is very hard and order duration is Around 3 month.

Gear Best has some good products but the shipping is horrible. If you pay to have product expedited it is OK, however, then Amazon has a better price at regular shipping. Bought several small items they were OK. However, when I placed two big orders they fell apart.

Quick delivery, products as described and pleasur to do business with. Will definitely be shopping again with them and would recommend them to anyone.
Purchased two robotic vacuums and one did not function out of the box. Emailed 7 times and have gotten no reply. I've asked for a replacement or refund but the company won't reply. I've ordered from the company prior and never had an issue. This has been going on over a month.
I will never order from them again and would encourage others to do the same.

Ever since I got to know Gearbest I had a great experience with the excellent quality of the products as well as one of the lower prices. Their customer support is also wonderful as they've achieved all my expectations.
I used to buy on aliexpress before, then, someday, i found Gearbest shop.
Much better prices, much safer buying, and fast shipment also.
Their customer service is really good, they always answer and try to help with your problem.
Moreover, there are plenty of coupons and GB points that you can use to buy cheaper.

It's a pleasure to shop online with Gearbest! I did two orders already (preparing to do my third) and everything went perfectly fine. Most of the products arrived, only one didn't and I got the refund without even asking or contacting Gearbest. In the website there is a enormous variety of itens and, the ones that I ordered always correspond to the expectations that I had. It's an website that you can trust 100%.
The only little con is that, sometimes the shipping time is too long, but It's totally worth it. :)

Dopo diversi anni di acquisto non ho mai avuto un problema con la merce, arrivata sempre nei tempi previsti e perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione (se avete dei dubbi consiglio sempre di guardare le foto fatte dagli utenti nelle recensioni perché più "veritiere" dei render ovviamente o delle foto del venditore). Ad ogni modo per ogni dubbio o problematica basta aprire un ticket e l'assistenza vi darà tutto il supporto.
Ottimo shop con tantissimi "aggeggi" di tecnologia e non solo ;) consigliato!

Ostatnio zakupiłem w tym sklepie "Garden Magic Water Spray Head Pipe Nozzle with 8 Modes" za świetną cenę 0,92$ z przesyłką. Dotarła do mnie kilka dni temu i jestem mile zaskoczony jakością tego produktu. Polecam ten sklep!
