My orders arrived quickly (despite the fact that I live on the other side of the globe) and I am also very satisfied with the quality of purhcased items.
During last year I have made about 35 orders (smartphones, electronics, accessories etc.), all items were delivered to me in good condition. Last order was smartphone ZTE Axon 7 mini, it is arrived in 31 days, no any problem with it.
Ordered a product 1.5 months ago when the initial ETA for delivery was 5 business days. Fast forward to 1.5 months later, and after a bunch of shipping delays, I still don't have said product because it is stuck in customs even though I specifically told them not to send it if there would be additional customs fees involved. Now, they refuse to take the product back.
Add in the fact that the product was sent a month after the initial purchase, the fact they sent it to the wrong address altogether and the fact they'll repeatedly lie to you just to make it seem like all is in order, you should steer clear of this company ran by amateurs.
Worst of all though is probably their support team which has the comprehension level of a five year old. They will NOT answer your questions, they will offer you a solution then go back and tell you said solution is not available anymore and they'll keep posting generalized responses just to piss you off.
And no, GearBest, do not bother to create another ticket. There is no discussion to be had.
I'm very like this store. It has best prices on the market and very often have offer coupons and other sales. Also customer service one of the best!

I have gotta say, I was pretty reluctant of buying a product from gear best but then said let's just try it. I ordered a Q12 Bluetooth Headset and paid online, then during check out the estimated date of delivery was 15-20 days that was a pretty bummer but I said its okay they ship worldwide so that may be the case. But to my amaze they shipped the product within 7 days, I wasn't expecting that. Moreover, they provided the tracking number, they update the tracking details on their website but for some reason, if it's not displaying just click the tracking company name and you are good to go.
The customer care was helpful and contacted me within roughly one hour they say would contact in 24 hours these peoples are fast!
Gearbest have the coolest gadgets which are not available in our native e-retailers. Also, make sure to purchase the insurance was that you get a full refund in case of misplacement of the product.
