Robbery, this site managed to steal my money 3 times by offering credit instead of refunds. Their customer service is slow, broken and miss translated. They will waste months of your life and keep your money never delivering your order. If you are lucky enough to get what you ordered the quality is awful. All of their postive product and site reviews are a lie.
I really trust and love GearBest, every single thing i bought from there i received. Everything is cheaper then on other sites. Shipping is fast and they have a lot of options and single one has tracking no. Custumer Service is excellent, they are nice and helpful.

I ordered on November 23,2017 today is January 11,2018 and still no order. Costumer service does nothing to help. They also lie when they do give information. This company " Gearbest " is disgraceful. They said DHL would not deliver to my area and I can walk to the DHL from my house. I check with DHL and they said Gearbest is lieing.

Well... gearbest is getting higher in my favorites short-list because of rising quality of goods, support, number of sellers, and GB points (like -30% discount=).
I have had nothing but great experiences, every shipment has gotten to me in time and their support team has been awesome with every issue I've had

I been shopping with Gearbest for many years now, Never have i had any issues with them. Their service is very professional. Gearbest site is great. Free points when making a purchase. The only problem is that their overseas and you need to be patient if you live in the USA.

I've had a great experience buying at GearBest. The delivery time was really fast, the product came in excellent condition. You can use tickets or points to reduce the cost of the products. The Customer Service Center provides a quick response to your request. I recommend the shop for its excellent service.
After I ordered a smart watch I was given a tracking # but it never worked. The watch arrived about when they said it would. So not bad.
The watch is good but does not sync with the iPhone we have. Getting in touch with customer service is a nightmare! I finally got a response from a ticket as they call it and said they would be in touch in 24hrs, that never happened. By the way that was two weeks ago and no word form them on where to return the watch. Now the tickets I send do not go through.
One of the guys at the phone service offered to help, I was delighted! He connected to my computer and saw what was happening on the ticket and said something was wrong with my account so ran a scan, that was a mistake! He said my account was hacked and someone was trying to seal my identity, that was January 3. There was absolutely no evidence of that! I asked him what this had to do with my watch and he backed right down. On the 4th we find out that in the 3rd, the very day he scanned my computer someone did steal my credit card # and made a charge. I am really suspicious!
You might be fine if you never want to return something. Customer service is next to non existent
