I've made many orders in the last couple of months, cause they have the best prices and the fastest shipping, I'm very satisfied with them! You even can get free shipping too!

Already not first time ordered in this shop. Treatment of orders takes place quickly, dispatch too. A commodity is quality and well packed. Some questions happen even if, then a shop goes to meet. All I recommend

I bought 2 items in the last 3 months and had the same issues!
1. They do not send the item, unless you log in again to "speed up' the order(!) where you just press a button! Why?
2. One of the items is a Xiaomi vacuum cleaner. After a month the order was not shipped yet!
3. I contacted then in the ridiculous and almost always not working ticket system. They said that the seller is going to contact me within 3-4 days. After 2 months today no one contacted me!
4. The item is still in China! After 3 months!
5. The support system either via the online tickets or Facebook or live chat is worthless! They are playing with your nerves and nothing is done with it. Also it looks like a page from the 1990's!

I AM NEVER BUYING AGAIN!

I purchased a Lenovo P8 on singles day from Gearbest. It was meant for Christmas. I was a bit concerned if it will arrive till Christmas Eve. GB's Customer support is great, they made a good job and got the tablet in time. I got it on December 21.
My mom was very happy, it was her present! :)

I've ordered through gearbest a number of times. I had no problems. The store sends the products fast. Prices are very good and great customer service!

Ottimo sito, in lingua inglese ma anche in lingua italiana, ottima anche la fruibilita con app funzionante sia su sistemi android che ios. Scegliendo inoltre la spedizione Italy express con un piccolo sovrapprezzo, che si azzera se si acquistano piu oggetti ovvero se il valore della merce risulta piu alto, la spedizione risulta estremamente rapida, massimo due settimane con provenienza dalla Cina e consegna con Corriere. ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO

I do the most part of my purchases trought the internet. When I think about buying something related with Electronic goods as gadgets, smartphones, and what ever you can imagine, in my mind always appears GearBest. From my point of view, GearBest is the most trustly asian online store, because everything is directly selled by them. Other markets as AliExpress or Banggood doesnt make me feel as secure as GB, where I spend bigger amounts of money without problem. The attention service works well (They should improve the ticket sistem), and If you have problems they usually solve everything easily as well they usually try to keep their customers happy with coupons, offers, discounts and promotions. The only disadvantage is the shipping time to Europe, always over 15-20 days. Aswell prices are unbeatable.

With the store GearBest a sign not so long ago, but in a short time I realized that this is one of the best online stores. I started my purchases with little things that would check the speed of delivery of packaging and support, everything turned out to be on top, very fast delivery and you can choose many ways and even without the track free shipping.
In general, now this is my favorite online store, I often catch coupons from forums and buy.
