I am from Brazil and I love buying on Gearbest. Orders take 1 to 3 months to arrive, due to our oversight, and every time I have a problem or my order didnt arrive, the Support Center always help me quicker than a flicker. Haha
And they have almost everything, with the best prices I've ever see.

I want to tell my experience of a product that I bought on Gearbest. It is about the smartphone Lenovo Zuk Z2.
I was a little bit afraid to buy a product with a high price, so first I went to many online stores to know the prices and the gearbest showed the lowest price. Second, I search for some reviews and the Gearbest was the website with the better reviews about the shipping experience and about the costumer service. So I choosed to buy throught Gearbest and my experience was very good. The package was in good conditions and very protected. I recommend buying through gerabest, I've done others purchases and everything went well.

I bought a product "Original Xiaomi Huami AMAZFIT Sports Bluetooth Smart Watch", and kept tracking their system, 3 days on process...
When I noticed they bill my card without the proper method I chose, so I kept trying to get an answer from them... nothing.
I just opened a ticket to cancel de order, and magically they showed at their tracking the product was already dispatched, minutes before I filled this cancelling order, was still on "processing mode|".
This shop its a total ripoff, 1st because you chose a paying method and when you click to buy, the method is different... 2nd because they only update status to dispatched when someone fills a cancel order before the 7 days bought.
Denying the cancel, and telling us to bite the bullet because they dont care.
Im not mad about buying it, but im heck mad the way they scam you with payment mode, I chose to pay in 10x, and when I clicked buy appeared 1x full payment. Im so pissed off.
