Ordered two computers and a backpack from gearbest. There is a long shipping timeline for all the products. (Which is fine as they say that). One computer and the backpack arrived fine. The second computer was determined to be undeliverable by Canada Post. No attempt to help on their part when I informed them of this issue. Refused to do anything until the final arrival date was past. The computer was shipped back to them before then.
Then offered me a refund or to re-send it if I paid for shipping. After I asked how much shipping was they then responded that the product was sold out so really only the refund was an option minus what was charged to them because the package got sent back and they got charged the shipping. They finally agreed to only take half of the shipping. So I'm out $100 for a product that I never even had the chance to receive. (More if you include having to now order the computer from elsewhere after the holiday sales have already past).
Two stars because the products that did arrive are working fine so far.

They have refunded me the remaining shipping. The fact they have taken the initiative and respond to reviews is a good sign. Because of this I have updated the review to three stars. Ideally this would have been the first resolution.
I have made several orders with GB. All arrived within the due delivery time according shipment method (some time i choose fast shipping, some time slow without tracking, depending value of the order).
Quality of items are very goods, all electronics are original.
The good things of gearbest is that there is a lot of customer product picture and comment that really help to understand and see the product if we have some question or need more detail than the commercial description.
Support center respond very fast when asking for unavailable item re-supply.

Bought the bug2w drone from their website. Opened the item and try, the drone has GPS and will be lock-in-place when hovering, but with flaws designs of the drone, it keeps going up, down and sideways. Contact the customer's service and provide the video clips to prove it, but all they do are denied and pointing the finger back at you and play the blaming game and say everybody fault but never their fault. Be careful and think twice before placing the order with them. If anything happens to your item and your money become a paperweight. Stay away from this company.

I like the prices and quality of stuff from Gearbest.
Only thing I don't like it's robotic and slow support.
Otherwise, they manage to resolve problems every time.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
