Very happy with my purchase of Original Xiaomi Portable USB LED Light. Great value of the product, much cheaper than similar LED lights of the same quality, a few levels of brightness which I was positively surprised with. Fast delivery. Great range of products in the shop. Very good customer service and support. In my opinion it is the best Chinese shop available online.

Great online store with a vast choice of items from phones and cables to clothes and jewellery. Customer service is quick to answer and provide a favorable solution. I have ordered more than 15 items, everything was dispatched and arrived quickly, and looked exactly as on the picture. I like it that it's possible to order via EU Express or from EU warehouse to lower/avoid customs fees.
After 4 weeks since I placed an order, I am still waiting. Custmer Service sent me several emails stating that I needed to update my shipping address. I did this immediately (not sure why they didn't get it with my order). They continued to send me emails, and I continued to respond. I tired live chat which was not available most of the time. That was very unhelpful as well.
I just recieved 2 emails, 1 that stated that my items had been sent and they would be 9-12 days. Apparently they are shipping from China. Then the next email was from customer service stating that the support ticket had bee closed because I haven't replied in 7 days. I have know idea what they are talking about. I must have replied 10 times to thier incompetent emails.
1 Star means Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away! Can't really say it any better than that. BTW I rarely leave reviews for products and when I do, it's usally a 5 star. I still have not recieved my order. I am skeptical if I ever will.

Pros: good price (the cheapest at that moment), a lot of reviews for item and they provide delivery via railway (which is important for batteries import in my country). Item is original.
Cons: maybe a bit slow delivery (probably because it was railway).

At gearbest, you definitely won't have any problems with your order. Yes, in some seasons it will take a little bit longer for your package to arrive, but if you contact them, everything will be solved to serve your best interests. I strongly recomend Gearbest!

Gearbest for me without a doubt and the best store, to buy something they offer great quality products with low price. Without doubt the best store to buy.
Gearbest has chosen DPD to handle their packages.
DPD stole my phone (it is clear, they opened the package and resealed it with their sticker).
DPD says Gearbest should start a claim, it is impossible for me to do.
I am asking for Gearbest to resend my order and I don't care what they do with DPD.
I didn't choose DPD, they did.
This is happening for 2 weeks now.
Everyday I am getting a polite email telling me to be patient, when in reality they have done nothing, no claim has been filed.
Every day I am asking for my order to be resent and I get no response on that.
It is a 400 euro order and I am starting to go crazy with this situation.
NEVER order from there. Their customer support is HORRIBLE, you have no way of pressuring them, there is no phone number, your only option is to wait for them to answer and I am suspecting that soon they will just stop answering.
I am thinking that all the good reviews are fake.
Just take a look at the one star reviews and you will see many situations like mine.

I have had many successful transactions with Gearbest, always being satisfied with the received product, shipping time and price. Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: You can try the Better Business Bureau like I did however they never responded to them either, they did respond to the tickets I opened up on their site but the replies weren't of much use and not very helpful.

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
