Last few years i buy a lot of electronic devices from China internet shops, first of all is AliExpress, but very often its possible to buy a fake device.
After i receive a few fake devices i try to find another China shop with better protection from fakes and faster shipping time and i find it! It's a GearBest!
I like it, because a lot of prices is little bit lower than in another shops, and if price is little bit hinger - free priority shopping - it's most important for me. Sometimes not best packaging but i never receive a broken goods - it's because good priority shipping.
My Last order is "Ultra Slim Tri-fold Case Cover for Lenovo P8 ( TAB3 8 Plus) - Black" (order number **************414, nickname on site is "Taras Sh.") cover for my Lenovo Tab 3 8 Plus. I bought it from same shop little bit earlier.

Il servizio clienti è a disposizione con ogni mezzo (Facebook, mail, ticket, chat) e risolverà ogni vostro problema, dalla restituzione di un prodotto (cosa che a me è successa e loro con grande professionalità mi hanno spedito un prodotto nuovo e rimborsato con dei GBpoints) alle semplici domande di disponibilità in magazzino o numeri di tracking. L'ultimo acquisto che ho fatto è stato quello di un robot per pulire i vetri Alfawise S60 e devo dire che è stata un esperienza soddisfacente!

Ordered a 3D printer on 17th Nov 2017, told it was shipped on 21st Nov and have received nothing. Email response to support tickets is wait 45 days. Asked for money back. No response at all.

For an article, the shipping instead of the specified 15-20 workdays took 30, but that was probably mainly due to the large volume of goods around Christmas and was no problem for me.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
