I have ordered about 12 times on gearbest.com. Each and every single order has been delivered by the time it has been expected to be delivered, without any flaws and in perfect quality.

I will continue to order on gearbest.com and I recommend everybody who wants to save money without compromising quality for it to do so.

We ordered Wall Art from Gearbest, and let me tell you what was delivered cannot be described as wall art, we described it as trash. The resolution is disgraceful, the print, the overall pictures that were delivered were not at all like on their website. One scenic picture of a beach ordered in landscape was delivered in portrait and again resolution was disgraceful.
I would never order from this company again, our whole company is completely horrified at what was delivered, you sure don't get what you see on their website.

And you also state your website gives a detailed description of your products, where does it state that when you get your wall art delivered it won't look like the picture on the website and the resolution will be so bad you can hardly make out what the picture is?

I like gearbest very much for its prices, promotions and delivery speed, in comparison with aliexpress where I was buying my previous purchases before that is much more better. Even customs declaration value are available to download in orders details and that is awesome!

Já deixei comentários positivos, elogiando a loja.
Mas na última compra me decepcionei totalmente.
Efetuei uma compra dia 7 de Maio, com despacho no dia 14, nesse prazo, entrei em contato com a GEARBEST, onde me responderam que esse atraso se deve a rigorosas verificações de qualidade para garantir que você receba os ítens de melhor qualidade e alegando que seria em 10 dias úteis, voltei a entrar em contato, dia 18 de maio, onde me responderam que teve um problema no armazém.
Resumindo, me enganaram todo esse tempo, v´rios produtos subindo de preço, saindo de promoções, e nada de uma solução, e o produto continua sendo vendido com o prazo de 7 dias para ser enviado, eles continuam enganado mais consumidores.
Infelizmente perdi a confiança em comprar nessa loja, pois sei que posso ter esse problema.
Muitos Brasileiros estão trocando de site para as compras.
Uma pena, pois sempre gostei e sempre elogiei a loja, mas infelizmente não tem como fazer propaganda de uma loja que não cuida dos clientes...
