The GearBest, is one of the most my favourite online stores. Goods which are on sale on Gearbest qualitative and at the favorable price + it is possible to receive still additional balls (Points) which it is possible to pay 30% of cost of purchase. It is very good that on the page of goods
Always it is possible to look at responses with photos and video it facilitates a choice upon purchase.
Also they have very good back coupling, the staff answers all questions very quickly and are always ready to help. I recommend this shop.

I've already bought tons of gear on Gearbest and regret not a single purchase today.
Even with problems and questions the support is always on hand and answers within 24 hours. Also in German.

Gearbest for me, is the best online shop to buy gadgets such Mobile Phones, Tablets and laptops. The support by Gearbest employees are awesome they are very kind. They have a lot of shippment methods, for Portugal the best is priority line the products don't stop on customer duties. I really recommend buying in Gearbest.

Gearbest.com est un site marchand que j'ai découvert fin octobre / début décembre 2016.
Ce qui m'as attiré chez eux son les prix très bas et même des fois encore plus bas grâce au vente flash.
Ce qui m'as décidé de commander c'est la garantie de payement par PAYPAL.
Ce qui m'as surpris c'est les photos des colis lors de l'expédition de leur locaux.
Ce que j'ai adoré c'est la rigueur des emballages supplémentaire pour protéger le matériel qu'il vous expédie (tablettes, smartphones).
Le suivi des appréciations des marchandises qu'il vendent, si nous nêtes pas satisfait à 100% alors le support vous contact pour connaître votre problème. Ce genre de chose n'est vraiment plus fréquent chez certains de leur concurrent en France.
C'est un site que je recommande à tous.

Positives:
- Large range of items, even some very niche and specific or hard to find items are being sold.
- Often you get a free shipping option when it comes from the China warehouse, and often tracked shipping barely costs anything extra (I very much recommend opting for the tracked shipping option!).
- Many items seem to be on sale on the time, you discover one flash sale after the other.
- Items I have purchased so far are genuine (have been checked with a special code on the manufacturer's website - to me this is very important because the items I have ordered such as electronics can be unsafe when counterfeit).
- Customer service so far has been pretty good, not many complaints on that part! The staff I have talked to so far is actually able to communicate in English very well (which is not always the case with Chinese-based websites).
Negatives:
- Returning items to China is a big hassle.
- Free shipping can be pretty slow, very unpredictable.
I added a couple of items to my account as favourites, so I am almost sure that I will order again in the future. And especially for cheap items, I recommend GearBest so far.
