I've already done shopping in several Chinese stores but since I discovered Gearbest and created an account there, now it's my No. 1 shop. A wide range of products with the lowest promotional prices. Moreover, if there's no promo for product You want to buy, there's an option to reduce price using GB points up to 30%!. I have placed so far several orders - ranging from small and cheap accessories to expensive electronics (like Oclean SE Sonic Toothbrush) - and all were original as described, arrived safely and the next ones are on their way :) I can not rate quality of Customer Service because - to be honest - so far I have never had the need to report any complaints, etc.
I honestly recommend shopping in this store!

This shop is in my opinion the best if you want to buy from China. You've got there a plenty of different products that will suit almost all of your needs. Regular prices are fair but there are always some excellent promotions that give you opportunity to buy a product with really low cost. Shipping is very cheap and fast, considering the distance from China to Poland. This convince me to choose Gearbest.com over any other shop. I must also say a word about customer service. They really care about every issue that a Gearbest.com customer may have. They are ready to help you with anything and they will do everything that is possible to solve the problem. Products on Gearbest have most of the time large FAQ section, there is also a review system. Customers can review products that they have bought to give some feedback and help next customers with their opinion on using the item.
I'm sure that I'll continue buying from this website. I can also, with my heart pure, recommend this site to everyone.

I'm an online buyer since 2013. I always bought in chinese's websites, but sometimes the shop was not so trustful or the product was of poor quality. In 2017 i found the Gearbest and my life has changed. I already made more than 20 orders with them! And until now, I had no problems. They are very concerned about satisfaction of their customers. So they have only trustful suppliers and products of great quality. Also, if happen any problem, it's possible to contact the 'support center" to resolve any issue.
I live in Brazil, here our post office and customs take a long time to delivery the product, so it's not a Gearbest problem.
What make me love them is mainly the price, but also, the quality of the products.
Ah! There is another advantage. They give points for you if you login in the app every day, it's nice, because this points can be used to give you a discount in the product you are buying. Others websites give you points, but you need to exchange to a cupom, with hundred rules to use it.

I really wanna share my experience with other people because they absolutely need to visit and try Gearbest. I'm really honest with you right now, all my orders arrived fast (25days max) and all items were in good condition, and the best thing is that they're accepting payments with Paypal. I will continue buying from this website, because i know for sure that everything goes well.
Another thing is their Support, they are very kind and professional, i had an issu once with my shipping method but they solved it in less than 2 days & I was satisfied
