I made many orders on Gearbest and I've always been satisfied. So I decided to buy a smartphone. My last order was a Xiaomi Mi A1. The shipment took 3 weeks (as agreed), the product was perfectly packed, fully functional and exactly as described.
Customer service is always available to solve problems of quasliase and are very competent. I recommend the shop from every point of view.

Gearbest offers many, many products, but I majorly rely on them to purchase my e-cigarettes and relative accessories and electronic devices.
The shippings are handled in the most fast way any shop could do! Last order i made, about a week ago was ready to ship in the same evening as i made the purchase. Also, the support center is always kind and helps you through any concern you may have.

If you receive your order and it doesn't work (DOA) they DO NOT REFUND your $$$$.
They offer you $20 USDs STORE CREDT and points to buy something else from them that doesn't work.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am still dealing w/a Christmas gift I ordered for my nephew that never worked. A Drone.

I enjoyed shopping with Gearbest. Got items for low price, mainly for RC quadcopter hobby. The shipping is always fast (within 10days usually) and staff is very competent and lovely, there's always a reply. I'll continue buying GearBest for several years I think.

On GearBest I done more than ten orders and all always gone well! I love buy on this site because there is a very good value for money. In particular I bought many Xiaomi products. For now, all products are working fine, so I don't have experience with GearBest guarantee. But I'm sure that GearBest guarantee will work fine as the rest. The delivery speed for the Europe destinations is improvable, but I thinks that when GearBest will open the Spain and Italy stores the delivery speed will be improved.

The website is clear. Customer service is efficient, responsive and very good. If you have problems, they solve them in a very short-time. The products always correspond to description. Since there are so many stores around, I am gonna say in what way Gearbest was different for me, the first point is their support, they use to answer like they actually read what you write, only sometimes it seems like an automatic response... The second point would be the option to parcel my purchases, this is important since we do it a lot here (Brasil), and last, the shipping insurance works when it is needed.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
