I make purchases on gearbest.com since 2016 and until now I've never had a problem.
My first purchase was a SSD Samsung 850 EVO: the product arrived on time, intact and fully functional. Then I made other purchases like a xiaomi backpack, a smartband, a strap, a powerbank and more and I was always satisfied with the service offered.

Ma paire d'écouteur a pris 3 mois à arriver et quand le produit est arrivé, j'était extremement décu... les écouteurs étaient beaucoup trop gros tellement qu'il ne rentraient pas dans mes oreilles et l'écouteur droit de fonctionnait pas... J'ai demandé qu'il m'en renvoit un autre et après pleins de messages, ils m'en ont renvoyé une autre paire qui ne fonctionnait pas encore...

I have made a few order from this shop and I am really satisfied with everything - from products to payment method.
The products are always as advertised and packaged well for safe transport - speaking of wich, the shipping time is also great, I always recieve my package within stated shiping time.
I once ran into a small problem with my ordered product and GearBest took care of me immedeatelly, responded quickly and all in all it was a great experience.

I´ve buy with GB many times and aftersales service is terrible. I am waiting a mobile phone since December and they just send me general messages without reading what I say... 4 months waiting for a mobile phone is not normal and nobody gives me a solution.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
