When placing an order for gearbest, it is always important after paying, open in a chat with support, to confirm that they have all the products in stock, since sometimes the order is not sent because they do not have in stock until a week more etc...
If any item is not available you are given the option to cancel that single item, or change it to another similar item... At the time of the confirmation your order goes out, this I do so that at the time of making the order send the maximum order in 2 days after having paid and arrive much more on time.

On November 23,2017, I realized the purchase of a gamepad in the amount of R $ 84,62 on the website of gearbest.com. After the 90 days given by the gearbest expired and the product did not arrive, I requested the refund of the same in the form of credits on the website itself. But after a short time of the reimbursement being realized, the price of the products have risen dramatically and value of the freights as well. At the end of the day I am feeling quite harmed and deceived, because with the great increase realized by the site, I will not be able to buy the products that I want with the value of the refund of the product realized in the form of credits in the own site. The increase made by gearbest in ALL PRODUCTS was sudden without any advance notice! Another point is that in many purchases are no longer accepting the GB POINTS and 302 points of mine were expired, I lost $ 6.04, making shopping even harder. I am requesting a request from the company URGENT for the refund to be returned in cash to my ebanx account, since the values practiced on the site currently make it impossible for me to make purchases. If my problem is not solved as requested, I will go to court for redress for all damages and I will not recommend the store in the groups that are part of social networks and the like... and I will never make any purchases in the store.
P. S: Problem solved by the company! The company solved the problem in the best way possible! I recommend Gearbest again.

I have opened for myself one more Chinese shop. It is Gearbest shop. Shop of the Chinese electronics. The order was made by Nov 25,2017(W**************). In 20 days I held the beautiful Chinese Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 smartphone in hand. He was amazing. I have fallen in love with him. Later I have made some more small purchases in this shop. And he hasn't disappointed me. Packages have arrived to time accepted for delivery. I do some purchases in this shop now. There is a lot of things interesting and not expensive.

I was a bit sceptical about buying things online from China. People talk that this is not safe, packages are being lost and so on. But I really liked products that GearBest offers so I decided to give it a try and buy only one thing. At this point I must admit - the price was excellent, the shipment was fast and the product was just wow. And then I started buying more and more things. I've been using Gearbest for about 3 years now, and I can honestly say that I'm really happy with shopping from Gearbest.
I ordered many things from it, including Phones, Smartwatches, Power-banks, plus many other products and I've never got any problem with their products or their comprehensible support. They've been helping anytime I needed them, whenever I got a problem with the shipping or when a shipment got lost on the delivery they either immediately refund me the full price that I've paid or they resend me the product again, and that's what I mostly like about Gearbest, in addition of their offers and promotion that really really lower the prices of their product.
As an example I've recently go a Xiaomi Amazfit Pace Smartwatch for just 85$ it was a really good promotion, and I really happy with the product.
Also I just recently ordered a Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus for 159$, it was also using a promotion so the price was really low comparing to other sites that sell the same phone.
Well this is my Gearbest experience and I'm really happy with it.

I have ordered various gear from Gearbest and have always been happy with the performance so far. Of course, the shipping of products takes a little longer, but for the low price you can wait here a few days longer.
Everything was absolutely perfect for me except for one product. With a delivery of 5 PET bottles a lid was broken. The support helped me immediately and refunded the entire delivery. Here, one or the other mail order company in Germany can look a little bit how customer service really works.
What I love about Gearbest is that when it's on the homepage, it's original stuff - no clones or anything else! Most of the products available in Germany are made in China. Gearbest obtains these directly from the manufacturer and offers them for a fraction of what they cost in Germany. Shipping usually costs nothing, so you only have to spend the necessary patience of 10-25 days. There must also be warehouses and shipping centers in Germany and other European countries where shipping is much faster.
I will continue to order from Gearbest. So far, Gearbest has absolutely convinced me.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
