I'm using GearBest for a while and I've never had any problems. Delivery is not a problem, and a store site is clear and easy to use. I can recommend it!
I bought from this site assuming it was a serious reseller.
I had an issue with a MIUI car air filter after few months of rare usage in my B class mercedes.
I asked to help with the "one year repair warranty" option,
But it come out (after a waste of time uploading pictures and videos) that the item is one that "cannot be repaired" well so the "one year repair warranty" doesn't apply.
There was unfortunately no mention on the item listing about this important point.
I'm a bit surprised and don't know how to solve this.
The alternative option has been to have a 20% refund that will not cover neither the repair nor a new filter.
I will add details as soon as this comes to an end

Short update: the support offered a prompt response through sitejabber (which I wish to thank). I will update again as soon as there is an actual option that will solve this issue.

Final update: it took a while, but in the end thanks to Silency from Gearbest support I had a refund of the item. So, in the end, I'd say everything was good. I also have to add that Silency was so kind to make me send back (I paid for the shipping only to Spain and not China fortunately) also the additional filter related to the first bought which was completely useless without the initial item. Thanks for all the effort. I'm glad to review my opinion.

I bought several RTAs from Gearbest (i. E. 2 x Advken Manta, 1 x Kylin Mini). I received them all after 2 to 3 Weeks and the RTAs were all well packed (airu cushion envelope). Had a problem with one Advken Manta and had to contact the Support. They helped me very fast and i got a refund for the Manta. So thumbs up for the support from Gearbest. Prices are really awesome. I will buy RTAs or other vaping stuff at gearbest again
