First time I bought Android TV box from Gearbest and Experience is awesome. Their support Service is great. If you want to buy from India then don't hesitate to buy from Gearbest. They have priority line service through which you will receive your order within 10-12 days approximately. This website has plenty of payment option.

Com 450 reais comprei um smartphone que aqui no brasil pagaria 3x ou 4x mais do que paguei sem contar que não teria a mesma qualidade do que o que comprei na Gearbest.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Gearbest, I had a very bad experience from Gear Best, I ordered an electronic item 2 and half months back, they neither delivered the item nor compensating it. And always customers has to follow up the things, the service guys also never care about anything. GB is the worst consumer.

Après m'avoir créditer 1000 points sous forme de geste commercial a la suite d'un avis que j'avais publier sur un site
Ils nont pas attendu longtemps des que j'ai modifié mon avis ils me l'est ont retirer sans même me prévenir sous prétexte que je mettais trop de temps a les utiliser.
Après une énième réclamation ils me proposent de me rendre 100 points au lieu des 600 que j'avais.
En plus le délai de livraison avec Gearbest devient de plus en plus long, les suivis sont jamais a jours.

First of all I like the diversity of products. You want clothes, you find here, you want household products, you find here, you want electronics, the same. Then I like the speed with which the products are sent to you as you want with tracking number or without. Free shipping slower, or paid shipping faster. - Order never delivered
- Worst customer service ever
I've been waiting for almost 2 months for the 3d-printer I ordered from them, which should have arrived almost 6 weeks ago. Turns out DHL for some reason returned my printer to them. Since then, I've been in a constant back-and-forth with their customer service, which constantly lies, backtracks and never delvers.
By far the worst experience I've ever had with a company, and I've had companies outright steal from me in the past.
I've now delivered an ultimatum to them. If things aren't solved to my satisfaction, I'll be doing a chargeback and reporting them to the consumer protection bureau in my home country.
