Dopo vari tentennamenti, ma tentata dall'enorme varietà di prodotti venduti e dai prezzi davvero bassi, ho anch'io voluto provare l'e-shop Gearbest. Ho effettuato già 5-6 ordini differenti e per ora ogni mia esperienza è stata positiva. I prezzi dei prodotti d me acquistati erano davvero convenienti e la qualità degli articoli ricevuti è ottima. Ad esempio ho comprato e provare un amplificatore wifi per problemi legati alla mancanza di segnale in casa e con una spesa di appena 5 euro (inclusa spedizione tracciata), mi è arrivato a casa un'articolo ben fatto e che ha risolto egregiamente il mio problema. Le varie esperienze con Gearbest sono state tutte molto positive, il sito e l'app sono facili da usare e la navigazione e la ricerca degli articoli al loro interno è molto intuitiva e facilitata dalla suddivisione degli oggetti in varie categorie. I prezzi sono piuttosto bassi e, con l'uso di coupon e del loro sistema di guadagno punti (punti accumulabili con ogni acquisto, fornendo recensioni degli oggetti acquistati, con l'accesso quotidiano all'app,...) gli articoli sono ancora più convenienti.
Mi sono trovata molto bene anche con le spedizioni. Molti utenti si lamentano di spedizioni troppo lunghe e tempi di attesa infiniti, ma non è il mio caso. Ho ricevuto quasi tutti gli articoli entro max 1 mese dall'acquisto (premetto che vivo in Italia e gli articoli ordinati venivano spediti quasi sempre da magazzini presenti in China o ad Hong Kong). La spedizione scelta non sempre era tracciabile (anche in virtù del valore dell'articolo che avevo acquistato), ma sono arrivati sempre tutti gli articoli a dimostrazione di una serietà del venditore e del sito Gearbest.
Ho anche avuto modo di utilizzare il loro servizio di supporto al cliente per avere info sulla spedizione di un articolo ed anche in quel caso la loro professionalità è stata impeccabile. Ho ricevuto entro breve tempo una risposta esaustiva e cortese alla mia domanda. Pertanto, a differenza di molti utenti, mi sento di consigliare assolutamente l'acquisto tramite Gearbest sia per professionalità, sia per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo sugli articoli presenti in store.

I've often bought there, it's a nice and cheap place. They shipme thing to Mexico, always quick and safe, no regret.

Meanwhile I have nearly forty orders at GearBest with a lot more Items. Every order arrived within 3-4 weeks expect 3. These were delayed due to customs clearing.
I had no mayor issues with the products. I had a lot outdoor equipment and most of all arrived well packed and in good condition. If there were any issues they were caused by the manufacturing process and no fault of packing.
With the assistance of the GearBest Support it was no problem to solve the cases and I got appropriate refund.
In my experience it is easy and safe to shop at GearBest. If there are problems contact the support and describe the issue and send pictures. The support always did their best to help me even sometimes it is necessary to explain the issue in more than one request.
However I would recommend GearBest as a good retailer.

Foi de facto mais uma boa experiência de compra na Gearbest. A entrega foi feita em 3 semanas tal como era esperado. Não há duvidas que mesmo demorando algumas semanas a chegar, o preço e a qualidade da box fazem valer a pena a espera!

Ordered 1 xiaomi redmi note 4 32gb 3b ram 4G phablet global version on Gearbest.com on march 7th 2018. Item shipped 9th of march 2018 and on 12th of april 2018 i received an damaged and emptied parcel with those mentions in red and an official document attached to it. Before opening it, post office workers checked parcel's weight and it was 0.107 kg and not the 0.358 kg mentioned on package. In the presence of office workers and 1 customs agent, i opened the package. There was 1 xiaomi redmi note 4 box and inside the box any phone, any charger, nothing except user's manual and sim remover.The attached document clearly mention at it's point 5 (in french) that several parcels among which mine with number RF*******SG was damaged and emptied of its content at arrival. I immediately opened a ticket on Gearbest.com, providing photos and the attached official document from SONAPOST. Each time that Gearbest asked me for something i did my best to provide it, but now after more than one week, when AGAIN they ask me for a document proving that parcel arrived damaged, it's clear that someone want to turn somebody in circles. What can be a proof more than the official attached document i already sent to them with photos of all kind? I even have a video of parcel's state at arrival before opening.
I just need my money back because i received an empty phone box!

Ordered a phone and paid extra for expedited delivery and paid Insurance. I had to constantly follow up on order and received the same generic answer. Which they might perceive as customer case, but that's absolutely crap!.

I received the phone and it doesn't work and the battery is so swollen that its pushing the back cover off ( the phone has a internal battery).

Complete lack of responsibility and I now must return the phone at my cost and when they receive they will decide further. They forget the cost of taxes and other cost from buying from overseas.

I Highly suggest you never purchase from gearbest, pay a little extra and use amazon or ebay!
